Cette unité de coin de deux chambres avec mezzanine a une vue sur l'océan depuis le salon et la cuisine. Une fenêtre latérale supplémentaire offre un éclairage supplémentaire. Il y a un lit King situé dans la chambre principale, le loft est fermé avec un lit queen. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée offre 2 lits jumeaux, avec un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Canapé et chaises confortables dans le salon. La cuisine a été rénovée. Cabine de douche inférieure de salle de bain. Nouvelle douche à l'italienne dans la salle de bain principale des escaliers refaite en 2014. Condo bien équipé. Très confortable, meilleure vue, Maui Condo Vacation Rental.

Perfect Location

First time in Maui and I must say after visiting other beaches nearby, this is by far the best condo location. Walked beach front to Wailea and got to see sea turtles along the way. Restaurants and shops walking distance. The Condo had everything we needed for our stay: beach chairs, ice cooler, etc. Very spacious and the views an A+. A bit dated but overall a nice stay. Will definitely reserve again!!

Shower issues

Nice condo. Been staying at this complex for approximately 40 years. Notified complex multiple times before upstairs shower was repaired. Two days before end of vacation. Not happy.

Another Great Maui Stay

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been coming since 1999. Love the unit and location, but, time to update the furniture! Cushions are over due, bedspreads etc. are old. Recliner broken, won't close all the way, unfortunately cleaning was ok but the kitchen faucet looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time as well the shower fixtures and the master bath shower had soap film on the walls! Glass table tops as well were not cleaned very well either.. We had to purchase a hair dryer as unit didn't have one..(does now we left it).Over all the stay was great as always and the management company appears to be staying on top of things around the complex. Thanks again Hale Kamaole. Will keep coming back again and again...

The view was fabulous - coffee on the lanai every morning was a favorite. Location was great with Kam III beach right across the street, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The kids loved the pools, they swan every day, sometimes twice. The grounds were very well maintained. Highly recommend this property.

It was clean and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us to be comfortable. Location was great and walkable to beaches and shops. I never received any responses to messages through VRBO but emailing the management company directly did get a response.

This was our first time at this property and this unit’s location is spectacular...quiet, great ocean view, sunset view, access to pool and grills...I’d be hard pressed to rent a different unit. The condo itself was MUCH larger than the pictures make it look. Our family of four easily fit and we hosted another family of four multiple times through the week for lunches and dinners and even with 8 people, there was plenty of room in the condo.If we make it back to this part of the island, we’d absolutely stay here again.

HK is a wonderful property located across the street from one of the best beach parks and the great trail south towards the harbor. Tough choice every morning - walk that way or north towards Beach 1 and Charley Young Beach. The condo was comfortable and well equipped as usual at HK. One thing we liked being at the back of the complex was the relative quiet. Balancing the peace and quiet of the location is the need to drive to some of our favorite places like South Maui Garden and Isana. But life is tradeoffs, right.

Everything we could want for was provided including things for the beach. It was easy to choose which condo we wanted to rent from the site and, barring time difference, it was easy to speak to the office staff who were very helpful.

Lovely spot for a family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has everything you need for a lovely beach vacation with family. We had a great time and the location can’t be beat! Right by the beach and a small walk to shave ice, ABC store, cinnamon roll place, etc. We could see whales jumping from our lanai, we could hear the blowing of the shell at sunset too! The sunset views are also unreal from the lanai. Lots of storage room for luggage and tons of room for your clothes in the dressers. Unit was clean and the ground were well kept with beautiful flowers and landscaping. Washer and dryer worked well. Upgrades from the listing pics were bigger flat screen tv, and newer kitchen appliances! BBQs were cleaned daily. Staff was lovely. Pool was clean and a nice temperature. Some things that would have been nice to have: a beach umbrella (we ended up buying one from Costco, so there is one now in the lanai closet) AC in living area (there’s AC in one of the upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs bedroom, so one bedroom doesn’t have AC and no AC in main living area, so we used lots of fans for airflow and kept bedroom doors open). The downstairs beds (twins) are quite firm, and the loft bedroom queen bed is very soft. The king bed was nice. Upstairs shower was being finicky with the temperature and the dishwasher needs a good cleaning (looks like someone put their sandy snorkel gear in there possibly?). Some thing we could have brought to staff attention but we didn’t mind using just the downstairs shower and hand washing most of our dishes. Overall we would definitely recommend this unit and complex and would love to come back here some day! Thank you!

There is noise from the lane in the early morning. The common areas of the property were very well maintained. The condo was generally good with a large primary bedroom and spacious living room. The kitchen was tired and a bit cluttered with excess items, but everything worked, which is all that mattered to us. Great beaches very nearby, and nice area for walking.

The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed plus all the beach equipment to make your day at the beach more enjoyable. We took the lawn chairs down to the beach to watch the nightly sunsets. The beds were comfortable. The lanai was a great place to sit in the morning and drink my coffee and enjoy the view. The landscapers kept the grounds clean and the pool was maintained daily (I could see the pool from the lanai). I will be back for sure in 245!

We loved having the pools and the choice of gas or charcoal grills. The location is perfect for the beach and a few restaurants in walking distance. We would love to purchase a condo and live here a few months out of the year if not all year!!!

Reviewer Comments: Property location is great - across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III. Unit 245 has nice ocean views but is one of the farthest properties from the beach. Fortunately there is free parking at the beach so we drove down. Condo is well stocked with beach supplies and kitchen supplies. We also loved that it’s actually a 3 bedroom unit as the loft is enclosed and has a queen bed! DVD player did not work (which we discovered after bringing home a movie from Redbox), TV’s were very small. Wifi was so slow it was worthless and we ended up using up all of our cellular data during the week. Also the only AC unit downstairs is in the bedroom...so you have to choose a private comfortable bedroom with a hot kitchen and living area OR zero privacy and a freezing bedroom temperature in order to cool the rest of the house. Despite the downsides, Maui is a great place to vacation and this was an affordable property.

Hale Kamaole 245

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has probably the best view in the whole Hale Kamaole complex. The condo itself is in average shape, but needs some TLC (e.g. bedroom doors won't close, screen door is very loud, stairway light flickers, bathroom sink got plugged). Lots of equipment for use at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with the pots, utensils, etc (although the cutting knives were dangerously dull). The Hale Kamaole office staff were very helpful, when needed. The big downside was the cleanliness of the condo. The carpet desperately needs a good steam cleaning and the main bathroom shower had hair in it from the previous guests. Overall, I'd recommend the condo, but with caveats.
