Beau et serein, avec les brises chaudes de l'océan. Cette unité supérieure rénovée avec un mobilier exquis est un site à voir. Un vrai paradis sur terre. Les mêmes locataires reviennent année après année dans ce paradis spécial. Boutiques, magasin d’aliments naturels et restaurants merveilleux de l’autre côté de la rue. Entre 2 des plus belles plages de l'île avec des sauveteurs. Fabuleux snorkeling en face de l'immeuble avec des tortues et une pieuvre comme résidents. Family vacation

This is our second time staying in this unit and it is perfect. We watched the sunset and sea turtles daily from the lanai. The beach and pool are just steps away. Can’t wait to return.

Best Location On Maui

I LOVE the Royal Mauian!! The location is the best on the island!! My only concern with this condo was it was not as clean as I expected. It is requested 'removed shoes' and upon entering the condo we found two pieces of glass on the floor, we then kept our shoes on. The blinds in both bedrooms had not been cleaned in quite some time, a thick layer of dust was 'caked' on them and the beautiful mermaid coffee table was very dusty, also caked on, like the blinds. I still feel the Royal Mauian is the best, but thought you should be aware the cleaning was not at all as expected.

What a view! Great location.

The condo was very nice. Our family of 6 adults fit nicely and comfortably. The balcony overlooking the ocean was my highlight of the trip. Sea turtles surfaced occasionally to say hello. A nice breeze cooled us each evening. Lots of food choices, coffee. Shave ice, groceries, liquor, snorkeling and rental nearby. A great food truck area a few blocks away. Kihei is centrally located so very convenient. Highly recommend!

The perfect break

This condo was perfect and exactly as described. The view was phenomenal and the location was perfect (just a few yards from the beach). At night, with the windows open (yes, there are screens) in the master bedroom, the sounds of the ocean just lulled us to sleep. We'll be back.

Perfect location

The apartment was nice although not the newest and it was smaller than the pictures had led us to believe. The property is very well cared for and the location was fantastic. Directly on the beach! The sunsets were really really nice.

Nice to be back in Maui

This was was a very nice unit with comfortable furniture inside and out. Kitchen was well stocked and a nice supply of towels for bath and beach. Nice new beach chairs which we used daily. Of course you can’t beat the view from the lanai. Only suggestion would be bed pillows that were not so flat and hard. All in all a lovely unit.

Amazing location, great views!

The view from unit 412 was amazing. Every morning we saw turtles swimming from the lanai and every evening a gorgeous sunset. Great location to shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. The unit was great and came with beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, boogie board and coolers. Everything we needed to spend a day at the beach. We love Maui and never dreamed we would be able to stay in a condo on the beach/ocean front. It was amazing and we would stay here again in a second.

Perfect Location

This condo has terrific views, but it gets hot as there is no AC. Had things for the beach, but the chairs need replaced, they are garbage. The kitchen window needs some kind of shade to block out the morning heat. The master bathroom is extremely stuffy and hot, really needs air flow, or AC. Overall the location is awesome, sunsets are beautiful, just needs updated. Perfect vacation spot though. Snorkeling right out back was great. Lots of turtles and beautiful fish.

Good condo but missing essentials

The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing. The condo lacked basic essentials like trash bags. We stayed nine nights and only 2 trash bags were provided and a few rolls of toilet paper. The property management company said that’s part of the rental agreement. There are also no cleaning supplies for the kitchen. It would make a big difference for the guests to have a little more of basic essentials and wouldn’t cost much for the property management company to provide those items.

Amazing view property!

We absolutely loved the views from the lanai, living room, kitchen, and master bedroom ! The view is 180 degrees of ocean and straight on to the sunset! Spectacular! The condo is comfortable with massive breezes running through it with the doors open . I was concerned to not have AC but we were very comfortable. The unit has nice remodeled bathrooms, updated kitchen, nice tile floors. Lots of beach stuff in the closet: 2 beach chairs (very worn but fine), 2 floaters, a beach umbrella , 2 boogie boards. There are lots of dishes , utensils and pots and one fry pan. The unit has a coffee maker with coffee liners, but bring your own coffee , creamer and sugar. Plenty of towels in the unit. The beds are very comfortable. There are 2 fans. The pool was nicer than I expected . It has an ocean view too. Lovely grounds and well taken care of grounds and unit. We will be back!

Ready to book here again!

Having an ocean front condo was an amazing experience. I’ve stayed at many properties on Maui but it’s doubtful I will stay anywhere else. Watching the sunset nightly from our lanai, walking to the beach to go snorkeling/swimming, and hearing the waves day and night all added up to a memorable vacation.

I recommend!

Royal Mauian 412 is a great location for your stay on Maui! It’s oceanfront with amazing ocean views. Very conveniently right across the street from lots of shops and restaurants and a short walk to several beautiful beaches. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom in the back has a queen. There is no AC, which is fine if you’re in the master bedroom which is Oceanside. The ocean breezes keep everything wonderfully cool. The back bedroom gets warm as it’s facing the parking lot. The kitchen is very well stocked and there were boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, etc, for our use, which was very nice. We did have some complaints about the cleanliness of the unit, but when we let management know, they sent someone to do a mid stay clean. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Exceptional unit.

This was a very well designed and beautifully situated 2 bedroom condo with a wonderful view of the ocean. It was nice to have a walk in closet off the master bedroom and louvered window coverings. The Lanai was spacious and even had room for a lounge chair. The glass coffee table was an interesting feature but not practical from a functional point of view. The main bathroom fan was not working and so we called for service and it was removed but never replaced and so we could not use that bathroom for showers. Eventually it will be workable for the next guest. All in all it was a well kept lovely unit that we would rent again in the future.

Amazing view and convenient location to other parts of the island

The property managers were fabulous from the time of making reservations to assistance with working the TV. Property well maintained and the stunning sunsets and ocean only a few steps out the door is paradise! Beautiful Kameole beach a very short distance from the building. Unit was very comfortable and well stocked. The only negative is that the unit does not have air conditioning. Thus the back (street side) bedroom was extremely stuffy and could not be used. Note it was 90% humidity at the time of our visit and the condo did not offer relief. Health issues for one of us made it a tough week. Would love to stay in the unit again but will not due to the AC situation. Any one comfortable not having it will be extremely happy with the condo.
