Welcome to Big Fish Rentals! Experience the stunning beachfront condo on the 8th floor at Avista Resort in North Myrtle Beach, featuring direct ocean views and a fantastic pool area. This suite comfortably accommodates up to Four guests and showcases brand-new vinyl flooring, cabinets, and modern decor. The resort is conveniently near popular attractions such as the House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, and Tanger Outlets. Additionally, it offers an on-site restaurant and direct beach access. This remodeled unit has all the modern conveniences, including a four-burner cooktop, a full-sized refrigerator, and contemporary faucets. The kitchen area, adorned with granite countertops, creates a welcoming space for cooking. Your home away from home offers ocean views from the living room and a private balcony. The one-bedroom oceanfront condo, which underwent renovations in 2020, features a newly furnished kitchen and vinyl plank tile flooring and can sleep up to eight guests. It includes one bedroom with two queen beds, one private bathroom, and an open living area with a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa that adjoins the kitchen.

The remodeled kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. It is fully stocked with all the essentials you might need during your stay, including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, a cheese grater, a cutting board, a can opener, knives, a coffee maker, and a vegetable peeler. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, including a dining table with two chairs and an accent chair, all providing ocean views.

Step out from the living area onto the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze and the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, with bedding and pillows provided. The bathroom boasts a spacious sink area and a large garden tub.

To ensure a hassle-free start to your vacation, we supply essentials such as toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels.

This condo rental includes one vehicle parking pass. Additional vehicles can be parked at other locations (for a fee or at no charge, depending on where you park). Welcome to Big Fish Rentals!
