ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions
• ID Requirement: A picture of photo ID is required upon booking
• Incidental Deposit: A fully refundable incidental deposit may be required upon booking
• Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind
• Occupancy: The house is occupied upstairs. They will keep to themselves—don’t be shy to say hi! Please let us know if you have any questions
• Crib Disclaimer: Guests using the pack n play crib do so at their own risk. While we provide a clean environment, we do not endorse any specific model and cannot guarantee safety. Guests should review instructions carefully and take precautions. By using the crib, guests accept responsibility for any risks associated with its use
• Availability: Pool availability is subject to weather conditions
• Hot Tub/BBQ: Access to the hot tub and bbq are not available at this time for guests

Shared Facilities: The backyard and pool are shared spaces and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow owners to finish their use. Guest access is permitted between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM only

HOUSE RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No pets allowed
• No unregistered guests
• No food or drinks on the bed
• No loud noise after 11:00 PM
• No BBQ access
• Access to listed areas only
• Backyard is shared with the owner
• ID is required upon booking
• A damage deposit may be required
• No shoes in the bedroom; please remove footwear in the provided tray
• We are not responsible for any items left behind after checkout
• No unauthorized late checkouts. Please notify us if you are running late, as a late checkout fee of $50 may be applied to accommodate cleaning schedules set in advance
• Feel free to message us for any clarification on the house rules.

POOL RULES

Use at Your Own Risk:
The pool is available for registered guests only. Use of the pool is at your own risk. The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur.

No Lifeguard on Duty:
There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

No Diving, Jumping, or Rough Play:
Diving, jumping, running, or rough play in or around the pool is strictly prohibited.

Health & Safety Precautions:
Guests should use caution and ensure they are medically fit to swim. Do not use the pool if feeling unwell or impaired.

Alcohol and Drug Use:
Alcohol consumption should be responsible. Never use the pool while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

No Glassware or Smoking:
Only plastic or non-breakable containers are permitted around the pool area. Smoking is not allowed in or around the pool.

Shower Before Use:
Please shower before entering the pool to help maintain water cleanliness.

Noise Levels:
Please be respectful of others and keep noise to a minimum, especially during late hours.

Report Issues:
Report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately. Do not use the pool if you notice any issues.

Secure Area After Use:
Please ensure gates and access points are closed and secured after use.

Availability:
Pool availability is weather permitting. The pool is not heated during winter months and typically reopens around April/May, depending on conditions.

Shared Facilities:
Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared backyard and pool between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. These areas are shared with the owners, so please be considerate and take turns as needed.
