Location was great, amenities great, deco was great but the cleanliness could have been better. Plus there was an ant problem in the kitchen along with not nearly enough hot water for 3 people.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The condo was everything we needed and, to our surprise, even more than we expected. We are two families and have four kiddos total. The bunk room actually had two sets of bunks, which we didn’t know, and that made our stay so much better because all of the kids had their own beds! The condo is extremely well stocked and we had everything we needed. Communication was great, as we did have one small issue, and our texts were returned quickly.I would recommend this property for your stay at the lake :)

Family getaway

The property was beautiful along with the views. Location perfect for shopping and eating. The pools were perfect for the kids. Although a little cold due to the recent temperatures. The huge kitchen was great to cook in. And every bedroom having a private bathroom was so convenient for all 3 couples. We could have used a couple extra kitchen towels but everything was wonderful!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this rental in Osage Beach! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how modern, beautifully designed, and incredibly clean everything was. The home felt fresh, updated, and thoughtfully maintained, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing right away.One of our favorite parts was the location — being right on the water made the stay even more special. The views were beautiful, and it created such a peaceful atmosphere whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening.The amenities were also fantastic and truly added to the experience. Everything we needed was there, and it was clear a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home and enjoy their stay. If you’re looking for a clean, modern, waterfront place to stay in Osage Beach, we highly recommend this rental. We would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful unit, very spacious and close proximity to pools, lake, etc. Water shut off process is complicated and seems silly if you are back to back with renters and have to run the dishwasher before you leave. Also, one night is technically less than 24 hours since you cannot check in until 4 and check out is at 10 a.m. so note this when considering rates.

Regarding the length of a one-night booking, we follow the same standard used by most vacation rentals to allow the housekeeping team the time needed to properly prepare the home for the next guests as our properties need extra care, being that they are homes and not hotel rooms. We had a home at the lake and sold in 2013 and decided to just rent a condo with the limited time we had available. This was the BEST accommodation we've had. Close to our boat marina, great beds, awesome shower, grill on the deck, a kitchen and bath that was fully supplied; FULLY! We travel a lot and rent in Florida too. This was the best.
