Cette spacieuse maison de ville / condo est un plan d'étage unique et spacieux situé dans le complexe Ledges, il a tout ce que les vacanciers voudraient pour leur escapade. Il vous suffit d'emballer votre maillot de bain, nous fournissons pratiquement tout le reste: papier toilette, serviettes en papier, serviettes de bain, gel douche, sèche-cheveux et une cuisine bien équipée. Profitez de la vue impressionnante sur le canal principal depuis le pont et le grand patio. Ce condo est de 2000 pieds carrés et est parfait pour trois familles ou grands groupes. Les deux chambres principales ont un lit king-size, une télévision. La troisième chambre a un lit queen-size. La zone de couchage de niveau inférieur a trois lits queen avec une petite table et un coin salon séparé. Le condo est situé au 20. 5 MM et se trouve sur le canal principal. Il y a deux piscines à choisir ou à suivre le trottoir jusqu'à la plage de sable si vous préférez vous baigner dans le lac. Idéal pour les enfants!

Le complexe Ledges est situé à quelques minutes de tout ce qui est amusant au bord du lac, du golf, du shopping (110 magasins d'usine), du parc aquatique Big Surf, du parc aquatique couvert Tan-Tar-A, du karting, des restaurants, des marinas à proximité pour votre bateau ou Besoins de location de motomarines.

It worked wonderfully for us - had a family gathering first part of the week, then Bikefest 'family' get together last part of the week. Lots of room and nice place.

MTA Getaway

Traveled to the annual MTA Fall Handicap with my 2 sons and 3 of my shooting buddies for a week of competion. We come here every year and have rented other condos for the week but everyone in our group agreed this has been our faorite. Extremely clean and well decorated

Super nice on the inside, spiders everywhere on the outside

Very nice, spacious condo(other than the kitchen). Extremely clean on the inside of the unit. Our only complaint was the outdoor spaces, especially the balcony, which is where we wanted to spend most of our time, considering the lake view and all. When we arrived, the balcony was COVERED with spiders and their webs and what gets caught in their webs. Bugs and spiders everywhere- coming from the roof, the floor, tables and chairs We immediately contacted the owner, who sent someone the next morning, who “sprayed” but we were still left with spiders and spider webs hanging everywhere. .

Ozarks 2019

Accommodations were not what we expected. Dishwasher was broken, coffee pot did not work, electric stove burner did not fit securely, bath towels were in need of replacement. Location was perfect, slept 13 very comfortably, easily accessible, management team very professional. Overall a good time just needed a few updates.

This was a three family get together. Plans were to grill and have good time. GRILL was complete inop as burners were completely rusted gone. What to do with $200 worth of steak? Kitchen could have been cleaner ( oven,lower cupboards, cooking -baking pans need replaced) We usually do not do reviews or complain, but you asked.

Great location, nice beach, a little outdated

The location of this condo was great, conveniently located close to a number of golf courses, the premium outlets, mini golf, restaurants, grocery stores, and other activities. We really enjoyed the pools and the beach by the lake, where the water was calm. There was also a small swingset by the beach that we enjoyed as well. We also appreciated that the kitchen had a large number of spices available, and had enough dishes for all of the people staying in the condo. The grill on the patio was also great. We did find that a lot of the furniture was heavily used and could be replaced. Also, there were not enough paper products included with the stay. We ran out of Kleenex tissue, and had to buy some of our own, which we then had to use when the toilet paper ran out. One of the outlets in the upstairs master bedroom was having some issues, but there were others available so we made it work. The condo was clean when we arrived, we just generally found it a little outdated. The amount of space and bedrooms/bathrooms was appropriate for the number of people this listing said the condo could accommodate, so that was appreciated. We were only allowed to have two parking spaces for the weekend near the condo, and the other vehicles had to be parked in an overflow parking area, which was just up the hill from the condo building.

Nice place. There was only nine of us this year. But if there would of been more it would still accommodate well. I thought it was a walk in. But I guess that was my mistake. I misinterpreted the description eventually.

The condo had plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 children. None of us felt like we were crowded at all. The patio on the bottom floor was a definite plus.

Great Lake Location

We had a group of 10 adults for a friend vacation fit comfortably. The view was amazing and we were able to get a dock slip for our boat right at the property. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Great Lake location and in between lots of restaurants!

The Ledges

Great communication with the owner! The room in this condo is unbelievable! If you have a large group, this is your place. Not many condos have a basement living area like this one! It is on the ground level but not on the parking lot level. There are about 10-12 steps down from the parking lot.

Great unit for our crew!

The unit was perfect for our group of 3 families (12 total). The one room with 3 queen beds were a hit with our kids! The location was near the places we wanted to check out. Having the boat slip was perfect for our pontoon rental and with a last minute change, Sheila accomodated us with our request. I would definitely rent from them again. It was a great trip and this unit served its purpose.

Family trip for the 4th

We visited this property for 4th of July week. Condo was big enough for our group of 10 to spread out, and we all enjoyed the pools and beach / playground area. The 2 refrigerator/ freezers were great for our group as well as the rack for food. We felt the kitchen utensils/ pans could be upgraded, need more than 6-7 forks for a property that says accommodates 12 ppl, electric grill was dirty, dining room chair legs were loose, entry door can come off track of not opened/ closed correctly. With these things in mind ,, would stay here again.

The Ledges for Family

First time at the Ledge’s condos- very family friendly! Loved the 2 pools, as well as the private beach which was perfect for our granddaughters! Location was excellent and condo was clean! Views were perfect off the deck watching fabulous sunsets over the main channel! Jeff and Sheila were wonderful to work with- highly recommend!!!

Accommodating to groups but could use a few upgrades/replacements

The location of the property was perfect for us. We had views in all directions. We could watch the sunrise or the sunset from the patio. We all were fully relaxed during our stay. Overall, the condo accommodated our group very well. We had a group of 11 and we all fit without being on top of each other. The condo wasn't the cleanest I have stayed in. It had a basic wipe down/change of towels and bedding between guests. The coffee pot took about an hour and a half to brew a pot, so we switched to the Keurig which worked fine (wish we would have figured that out before purchasing coffee). The screen door getting into the condo had broken hinges at the bottom but wasn't a game stopper for us. Overall, everything functioned but wasn't in tip top shape like others I have stayed at. I would stay here again, as it fit our needs. I just would expect it to not be top notch, which for the price I can understand.
