This is our 4th time staying at this condo, and there’s a reason we keep coming back! It’s always exceptionally clean, beautiful, comfortable, and has an amazing view. The condo has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation, and it truly feels like a home away from home.We’ve loved every stay and can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful property in a great location!

Condo was exactly as described - clean, spacious, excellent views and location. The balcony was fantastic, we saw dolphins every day! The property was also clean and the pool area was very well maintained. Would absolutely stay again!

Great vacation

Unit has a great layout and awesome views of the ocean, beach, and pier. Kids loved the pools and hot tub. Everything was always clean and well maintained. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Final beach trip for 2020

End of the year beach trip with good friends. Place was great. Weather was fabulous. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Awesome time , as usual in Navarre Beach!

Navarre Beach is a quiet, laid back area, we have visited for the past 3years! The Pearl is a wonderful, clean condominium with 2 pools, one of which is heated. Our condo was clean and well appointed. I recommend this area very highly.

Beautiful

Beautiful beach & location. The beach was a little too crowded but it was the busiest time of the year. Can drive a little to find a more secluded area. Condo was nice.

We appreciate the review. This renter was here during high season, and the condo is in a more populated area of the beach. But on the flip side, it is within walking distance to the pier, convenience store and restaurants.

Sweet Memories

Our family had an amazing time at the Pearl. We made precious memories that will last a lifetime! The kids had a wonderful time at the beach and the pool. The condo was quiet, roomy and in good repair. The beds were soft and comfortable. The views were breathtakingly beautiful. We will definitely be back again! Thank so much! For information purposes only - •The coffee pot is a Keurig. In some photos there is a standard coffee pot on the counter, so we brought filters and grounds. We did have to return to the grocery store to get k-cups, but it was not a problem! Wanted to save future travelers a trip.

Se things cannot be helped; elevator issues, seaweed. The condo was disappointing. We've stayed at The Pearl many times but this condi wasn't worth the cost. There was NO icemaker, decor was cheap, beds were terrible (I saw a review from 2 yesterday ago where it was suggested to get new mattresses). Furniture was poor shape and dirty. Balcony furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. I know I looks like I'm a complainer, but I'm really not. I just don't have much to say positive about this stay. Sorry, not sorry. 😬

Thank you for your feedback. Shortly after your stay, an ice maker was installed, new patio furniture was placed on the balcony, and mattresses were ordered for the beds. Unfortunately, those are on backorder until the beginning of December, but none-the-less they are being replaced. As for the décor, our owners are very hands on with their unit and do the best they can to keep it in good shape and to decorate it to their taste. The elevator has also been fixed since your visit and the seaweed (June Grass) is a natural occurrence each year during the time of year you stayed. How bad it is varies from year to year. I hope this experience does not dissuade you from staying at one of our properties in the future. Perhaps, a different time of year when the seaweed is not present. Unit 1504 - we needed a vacation from this vacation

We have been coming to the gulf shore for 30 years and this was our first time staying in Navarre. Upon arrival at 3:00p there was a "cleaning in progress" sign on the door and we were told that the unit would be available at 3:00p. After entering the condo we found a trash bag on the floor, dirty towels on the dining room table, dirty clothes laying on the couch, and the master bed was untouched from the previous tenants. After waiting for 10 minutes, the cleaning "crew" showed up to inform us that we did not have any A/C and that it had been broken since 10am that morning. While waiting for them to finish cleaning the condo we called the contact person for the rental and we were told that they were sending a repair man. The temperature in the condo was above 85 degrees and we sat in the miserably hot and humid condo and waited for the repair man to arrive. He was there around 6pm and we were told that he was unable to gain access to the roof so he was leaving and would come back later. The repair man came back but could not give us any answers and put a portable A/C unit in both bedrooms because they could not relocate us to another condo. Neither of these portable units were installed properly and the hose kept coming off of the window panel throughout the night causing hot air to come in the condo. After spending a miserable first night we had to find a place to secure any electronics and valuables in order for us to go to the beach to attempt to enjoy our second day. We also worried as our daughter was sleeping in the guest bedroom and the window panel was only secured with ductape and could have been easily kicked in or tampered with. We were left in the dark about times for repair and when we would have A/C again for 3 days until the A/C repair tech finally came and fixed the unit late in the afternoon on the 3rd day. We contacted the agency about partial refund and they will not return phone calls or emails. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MISERABLE VACATION. STAY AWAY!!

The cleaning crew was finishing up as this renter arrived. The housekeeping inspector was obtaining bed coverings for the master bed because the one there had to go to the laundry. Every attempt was made on the AC issue, and if we had an open unit to move them to would have gladly done that. So our maintenance personal purchased and set up the portable AC's. Their calls were accepted or returned, and they were compensated for the nights without AC. It is unfair to leave a review that states differently.

Beautiful condo! Amazing view!

Condo was clean and accommodating. Would highly recommend, as several referred to in the guest book, either a new master bedroom mattress, or at least rotate the one that is there. Mattress very lumpy and dips quite a bit in one spot. The couch has the same issues.

Beautiful property and location. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Everything we needed was in the condo or nearby. I would highly recommend.
