This spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath retreat comfortably accommodates 12 guests and features a lanai with a heated pool overlooking the water. Fire up the BBQ grill, enjoy outdoor dining and keep your drinks chilled in the beverage cooler. With fun décor that pops and a vibing atmosphere, this is the perfect getaway for your ohana and friends.

Guests have full access to the entire house, pool & garage. Except for storage closet in living room, downstairs bathroom & garage.

Other things to note:

** For the safety and security of our guests and property, this home is equipped with two exterior security cameras:

* A Ring doorbell camera located at the front door.
* A camera mounted above the garage facing the driveway and street.
These cameras record audio and video and are used solely for security and liability purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas.

*CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES*

Check-In Time: 4PM
Check-Out Time: 10AM

Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and delays in departure will incur additional fees.

*MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY*
The property is suitable for a maximum of 12 guests only. Please ensure you don’t exceed the maximum occupancy. Non unregistered guests are allowed at any time during your stay.

*NO SMOKING, VAPES, & E-CIGARETTES*
Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the house or anywhere on the property. Evidence of any of this will incur fees and result in cancellation of your reservation. $500 deodorizing fine

*NO PETS/ANIMALS*
Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets/animals on the property. We appreciate your understanding.

*NOISE LEVEL*
Home is in a quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum as the quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Any complaints about noise may result in cancellation of your reservation.

*PARTIES & EVENTS*
NO parties or gatherings are allowed. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund.

*CLEANLINESS*
Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Dispose of trash properly in the designated bins. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property is left excessively dirty.

*TRASH DAYS*
Trash collection day are Thursdays. Please make sure to place trash in the bins by the curb the night before (Wednesday) or the morning of pickup. Tan bin with tan lid is for trash. Tan bin with blue lid is for recycling. Recycle days are Wednesdays.

*DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY*
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please report any damages immediately.

*PARKING*
Guests can park in the garage or driveway. Only one car can fit in the garage. Driveway can fit up to 4 cars.

*BBQ*
Please turn off propane tank & clean after each use.

*SECURITY & LOCKING DOORS*
For your safety, please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when you leave the property or go to bed.

*POOL & SPA*
Please shower before entering the pool or spa to help maintain water cleanliness.
Use the pool and spa at your own risk.
NO diving or rough play in the pool.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or spa.
NO glass containers allowed in or around the pool or spa area.
NO eating or drinking in the pool or jacuzzi.
NO loud music or disruptive behavior.
Use the pool and spa responsibly.
Be considerate of neighbors.

*FURNITURE*
Please do not move any furniture. Moving furniture can damage the floors and is against our house policy.

*LIGHTS, AC & FANS*
Please turn off all lights, air conditioning (AC), and fans when you leave the property. This helps conserve energy and is appreciated.

*BEDROOMS*
NO eating in the bedrooms. Please enjoy meals in the designated dining areas to help keep the rooms clean and avoid any stains or damage to furniture or linens.

*ADDITIONAL CHARGES*

Any violations of these rules may result in additional charges, including but not limited to cleaning fees, damage charges which may result in a cancellation of your reservation.
