Screened in private inground pool with spa. Free Pool and spa heat at standard temps (pool 87 deg) (spa 102 deg). A daily fee of $25 will be required to heat the spa and pool above standard temps.

There's also a loft game room area with a pool table and karaoke. Corn hole boards to use kept on patio. Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi Internet access.

End lot on cul-de-sac, with pine tree farm adjacent which offers a beautiful and private view from the pool! Only 3 miles from Walt Disney WorldÂź Resort. Adjacent to the new Margaritaville Resort and the home is also walking distance to the "Island Grove Wine Company" and vineyard.

Beautiful home on quiet & mature tree-lined street

This 2-story home is a beautiful and practical layout for a large family. Arriving through the security gate is a comforting feature, and the shade cover of the large trees lining the private street gives such an attractive feeling to it, not what we expected in Florida. The backyard patio and pool is completely screened in, we loved it. The owners keep the home well maintained and were helpful with our questions.

Christmas vacation

Property was everything you’d want to enjoy a Christmas break with family. They even put a tree up and decorated the house for that Christmas feel. We would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion I have is I think a grill would be awesome.

The property is very well maintained, clean,spacious and beautiful. Everyone was very comfortable. The host answered any questions that I had very cheerful and accommodating. The house is equipped with anything needed for an infant or toddler. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything needed to make meals. The pool is heated.My family loved the theater room even enjoyed making popcorn in the provided popcorn machine. This house is a winner.

Very rommy. Comfortable. We really enjoyed the patio and pool. All the stores we needed was close by. I forgot to sign the box. We love the location of the house and it being in the cover sack was great. We would love to rent that same house AGAIN

Perfect stay for a family of adults (with extra room leftover)

The house was just what we were looking for. It was close to everything. Completely updated. Private lanai where you could use the pool in piece without looking at all the neighbors. And best of all my two twenty-something children each had their own queen bedrooms and private bathrooms, we had a master suite with a king bed (plus there were two additional bedrooms that we didn't need/use). All of that for way less than we would have needed to pay at overpriced resorts. Thank you!

Loved this vacation home!

Our family of 6 adults and 4 children stayed for 14 nights. We throughly enjoyed the home. Grandchildren loved the theater room and of course the pool! This house was very well maintained and had everything you would need in the kitchen if you decided to stay in and cook. I especially appreciated the large walk in pantry, it was so nice to have someplace to store the groceries. Everyone was pleased with the comfort of the beds in all 5 bedrooms. All 4 bathrooms had good counter space and showers were nice. Having the half bath off the pool deck was very convenient. Our daughter in-law had to work from the house the first week and the WiFi signal was more than adequate. Close to everything. My husband and I enjoyed walking through Margaritaville with sidewalks all the way down. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Tony and Tina for a pleasant stay!

Great Stay for a Group Trip to Orlando!

We used this property for a group trip to Orlando, particularly visiting Universal, and it was perfect for our needs! The kids (17-18yr) enjoyed the pool and hot tub and swam nearly non-stop. They also enjoyed using the theater room quite a bit. The house was clean and in good condition. Bedrooms are comfortable and adequate for varying rooming needs. The location is at the end of a neighborhood/cul-de-sac which adds some extra privacy. The neighborhood is very nice and felt secure. Check-in process was smooth and incredibly easy. Communication from the host in advance was very helpful and clear. Only minor complaint was no check-out instructions on-site or through email/VRBO inbox, but when I contacted the host they were immediately responsive. Travel to Universal was about 30-40min each way, depending on traffic, but an easy commute. Lots of food options in the nearby areas. If visiting the Orlando area again, I would definitely use this house, probably trying specifically to re-book this listing. A great experience!

I get a VRBO every year for my birthday and take my best friend with me. This was the best one yet!We loved the pool and hot tub. The bedrooms were really nice. I took advantage of the sauna in my shower and it was amazing! The home theater was very nice, loved the reclining theater seats.Allover a great place to get away, peaceful and relaxing.Also very good delivery services nearby.Owners were very quick to respond to texts.

Home away from home

We were very happy with our stay here. The house was clean, the owner was accommodating and it’s so close to Disney and other attractions. The theater room keeps the little kids entertained, the pool table keeps the big kids entertained and the pool kept everyone entertained! We will definitely be vacationing here again!

We have stayed in this house several times and it just gets better and better. To us it is home for a week. The house is spotless. The pool amazing. The kitchen has everything you need. We love the space. The only little thing I would change and I stress it is little is the fact that we couldn't get the projector in the theatre room to connect to the dvd player. It would be nice to have a list of directions to turn everything on. We suspect that other people were messing with the cords and things got messed up and since its not our things we did not want to fuss with it. That being said it didn't damper our stay and we are hoping to book soon for next summer.

My family and I stayed for 4 days it was amazing very clean and beautiful really comfortable for kids and a lot of fun stuff in the area. And the host Tina and Tony were on point with everything!!! Loved the pool and jacuzzi
