New-Contemporary and Cosy Home dispose de 3 chambres:
1 chambre principale - un lit king size et une salle de bains avec douche profonde et douche à l'italienne.
1 chambre de niveau inférieur - deux ex. l lits jumeaux se combinent en roi, à côté de la salle de bain inférieure principale avec combo bain / douche.
2ème chambre du niveau inférieur - un lit queen, à côté de la salle de bain principale principale et près de la salle d'eau inférieure

Excellentes draps et la literie

Guest house est ouvert concept séparé et au dessus du garage, une cuisine complète, et a couchage pour 3-4.
2 lits jumeaux Extended peuvent être combinés en un roi.
plus il a un canapé confortable lit de mousse -Allerton Queen-.

La maison principale a de nouveaux Viking, Kitchenaid et Miele Appliances.

maison d'hôtes dispose de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable.

Maison et maison d'hôtes ont chacun une paire de blanchisserie laveuse / sécheuse et un extérieur GPL Grill pour BBQ'ing.

Maison peut accueillir six à huit et peut être louée avec ou sans suites. Guest house dort encore 4 personnes et peut être loué hors pointe par lui-même. Le nombre maximum d'invités est limité à 10.

Fabulous is a understatement!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully laid out—perfectly accommodating our group of six. Everyone slept comfortably, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was particularly impressive—well-equipped, spacious, and a real highlight of the home. Relaxing

Beautiful house amazing view, recommend this house the only down fall was our stay was only 3 nights. Truly amazing house, found Sooke to be a great alternative to Victoria. The kids enjoyed private beach scavenging for crabs and any other creature they could find. Thank you!

We stayed in this house for 7 days this July, and found the listing to be fairly accurate! The house was very well stocked (best I have ever seen at a VRBO) and perfectly clean. We did run into a couple of small issues involving the lights not working, but the owner communicated quickly and we replaced a number of the light bulbs (they were specialty bulbs, and almost all the bathrooms were burnt out for some reason). The house is gorgeous, and we really liked being able to spread out as a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. It was really fun to see all the wildlife visit the dock too! We saw blad eagles, otters, deer, and seals. It was pretty magical. I would be happy to visit again!

Wonderful Stay; Beautiful View

We had a great stay at this house. A group of friends stayed for my birthday weekend and we enjoyed sitting on the balconies, watching otters and seals swim in the inlet. Sooke is a cute town close enough to Victoria to explore.

Sooke vacation

It was a beautiful place to stay for the 8 we had I. Our group, which included two kids and 6 adults,were very comfortable! The house was gorgeous and immaculate! Every Amenity you would ever need was anticipated by our host. The ocean view was breathtaking and the playful otters and seals on the dock were fun for all to watch! We appreciated the garage space as a place we could park our electric bikes as well. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were SO fluffy and nice. The highlight of the house was the huge windows on both levels and the outdoor decks that provided spectacular views of the ocean and sea life. The beach was easily accessible and the pathway was well groomed. Some in our party enjoyed paddle boarding there as well. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the Sooke area!!

We had a family get together and this house was perfectly suited for it. The views are incomparable, both sunrise and sunset. Seals lounging on the dock next door and otters playing right in front of the house were unexpected gifts Hosth

Thoroughly enjoyed a great family holiday at this beautiful home!

This was a perfect home for our family holiday. Great location, lots to do nearby, beautiful oceanfront views, and plenty of space for our family group to comfortably enjoy time together, and also have a bit of privacy and separation if needed. We saw otters and deer on the property, and watched seals and various birds from the spacious windows facing the ocean. Would highly recommend and would love to go back again some day.

Great family accommodations

Property is well equipped to handle an extended family of ten. Great location and no lack of amenities. Everyone had very comfortable sleeping and washroom facilities. Family meals were were not a problem. Highly recommend this property.

Peaceful Getaway

The property has gorgeous views that you'll never get tired of looking at! The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you like to cook like we do. Beds are comfortable with great linens. Our whole family had a lovely stay.

lovely property, amazing location

What a lovely home and the views are amazing, it is exactly as represented in the listing. The house is spacious, comfortable, well appointed, and has everything you would need for an en enjoyable stay, The views are incredible..... it is peaceful, quiet, and private. Watching sea birds, eagles, otter, seals, etc from the spacious deck and from inside the home was a bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent. We stayed for 1 month and would not hesitate to stay there again and to recommend it to others.

Amazing get away weekend

This was the perfect spot for a quiet group getaway celebratory weekend. Stunning property inside and out. Immaculately appointed home with an incredible view. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable furnishings. Close to all the amazing outdoor spots that Sooke has to offer. We truly hope to return to this spot again!

Tranquil Local

We had a wonderful time staying in this tranquil local with amazing views! The modern home had a large, well-equipped kitchen with windows overlooking the water. The bedrooms were spacious and not on top of each other so everyone had their own space. We enjoyed hiking, kayaking, whale watching, salmon fishing, visiting farmers’ markets, and gazing at wildlife- all in Sooke.

Ladies 4 Night Retreat

We had a wonderful stay and lucked out with spectacular weather. The house was comfortable, clean, and spacious. There were many extras in the kitchen which was a nice surprise. We had a local in-house chef 2 nights and she was fantastic. Thanks, Gordon!

What a wonderful property

We were a large group of extended family including a two year old. The house was so incredibly well-provisioned and comfortable for all of us. All of the thought that has gone into making this house an excellent home-base was really appreciated, and the views and location are the first rate! Thanks for having us.

My wife and I used to travel west to the Vancouver area Islands with our two children when they were small. We explored the beaches and tidal pools enjoying morning coffee while the kids beach combed, went fishing and hiking, and kayaking. The ocean always has wildlife activity geese, otters, seal and a lot of crab, shrimp and fish.

We rented a house out here in Sooke in 2000 after we completed a week of trekking on the West Coast Trail - and it was a luxurious end to a great experience.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We wanted an area close to a city, yet away from it all.

We selected this property because of its spectacular view and quietness, and its location: its midway between the lovely hiking spots of East Sooke and various tidal pool beaches.

We just built (sep. 2012) a contemporary west coast style inviting place designed by a Victoria architect: it is quite an improvement to the old house torn down in 2007.

We wanted a clean, efficient and strong place It is warm and cosy, energy efficient, and built to current seismic standards.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

WOW, is the word heard most often when people come for a visit. We have a truly stunning view from most rooms and guest area. You can walk down the 25 steps and explore the beach in low tide. Or sit out in comfort on the decks looking right into the water.
On clear nights you can watch the moon rise and travel, across the Sooke basin, its reflecting lights playing on the often still waters of the basin.

Handy to hiking, biking trails, fishing from the property, kayaking, mountain biking and wildlife watching right. It is handy and quiet and truly an outdoor activity center thats away from it all.
