F.A.Q


Early check in?
You can arrive starting from 12PM to drop off luggage but villa wont be ready until 2PM


Late check in?
You can check in whatever time you like after 2PM. The keys are in a lockbox at the front door. Pin code of the lockbox is provided in the arrival


Late checkout?
We will do our best to help you but we can never guarantee that its possible. Most times 1-2 hours is fine. But if you want to check out later then 1-2PM you would probably need to book another night


Can i have your phone number prior to booking?
Sorry we are not allowed to share contact details before a booking has been made


Can I visit the villa before booking?
Not possible. We guarantee the Villa looks exactly as advertised


Can I host a party?
Possible. But confirm in writing that you accept the responsibility of the whole party, if something breaks you are responsible to compensate for the damages. If party is over 8 people we charge a 1.5m cleaning fee


Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately we don't allow it under any circumstances.
