There's also a separate living room away from the open plan living & dining area offering a peaceful sanctuary to relax after a busy day exploring.

The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including quality appliances, ample counter space, and a sociable layout that keeps the conversation flowing while you cook. Perfect for preparing anything from beach snacks to gourmet dinners.

Dovecot features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully styled with luxurious linens and elegant décor.
The primary bedroom boasts stunning estuary views, an ensuite shower room and a super comfy king size bed.
A second spacious bedroom also enjoys beautiful estuary views and a double bed.
The third bedroom is ideal for teens or younger children, with flexible sleeping options to suit different group configurations. It has two sets of bespoke bunk beds.
There is also an additional bedroom space that's ideal for a young child up to 12 which is located at the bottom of the stairs to the main bedroom.
The home includes two bathrooms and a stylish cloakroom, all with modern fittings and spa-like touches.

The charming garden is perfect for alfresco dining and family fun. Enjoy the ample outdoor seating, and panoramic views, all just minutes from the coast.

There is no allocated parking at this property. However, there is usually on street parking available on Grenville Road or neighbouring road or the long stay car park is a 10-15 mins walk.
