Unit 10-314 is a 1200 sf 2-bedroom vacation condo on the top floor with views of Kamaole Beach Park III (both elevator and stairs are available). Stylishly decorated with island charm, this unit offers air-conditioning, WiFi, mounted flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. The living room includes a long sectional sofa. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, four-burner stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, knife set, spice rack, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom, located in the loft, includes a king bed. The guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds. Unit 10-413 sleeps up to 6.

Condo with a nice view, and close to the beach!

The condo was as advertised, 2 beds and a big L-couch. We spent a February weekend there, head great weather. The beach is about a 4-5 minute walk. And from the back patio, you can see the ocean. Birds chirping throughout the day :)

spacious condo with ocean view

Plenty of space in this ocean view condo. The larger lanai was great for meals, sun and seeing the occasional whale spout. There were plenty of beach toys to use, and towels are provided. The kitchen had all the basics covered, although unlike other condos we've stayed in this one didn't have much in the way basic food items (eg, spices, olive oil). The rooms are good side but could use more lighting in the bathrooms. The location is great - right across the street from one beach and easy walking distance to several others - with shops and some restaurants an easy walk as well. We'd stay here again for sure

Very nice

The condo was perfect for our girls trip. I wish the management would let you know all the amenities beforehand, I called ahead of tIme to see if beach towels, chairs, coolers were supplied and they said no, so we purchased them on our way to the condo only to find out they were there. So, communication is not the best but the facility was nice. Beautiful weather. We found we needed to drive at least 20-45 minutes to get to all the destinations we wanted to go to, but that was okay, we got to see a lot of the island that way.

Aloha Colleen - Towels and chairs are in the unit but coolers we cant be sure of as we don't stock them. Guests leave these behind for the next guest. I am sorry we did not make this clear to you prior to your arrival but I am glad you and the Girl's had a good time on Maui - Aloha, Kaz

Under delivered - only 4 people can sleep in this unit comfortably

We have stayed at multiple units over the years at Kamaole Sands and this was the worst one. I will stick to the facts: Microwave over the stove didn't work Only 2.5 burners on the stove work Every door shelf in the fridge was cracked and couldn't handle more weight The dishwasher was broken The pull out couch is not suitable for someone to sleep on as the springs are almost through the mattress There were absolutely no cleaning supplies in the unit, spill something on the outside table or on the floor only dish soap and a dish sponge to clean it up. 1 beach towel and 4 bath towels initially provided with the unit. 5 plates supplied No condiments, containers 1 mid size frying pan and 1 small frying pan The downstairs bathroom door doesn't lock The downstairs bathroom tile under the bench is decayed and falling apart Bathroom lighting extremely dim On the positive: The location in the building was good The front counter staff are excellent and brought us more plates and bowls when I asked The front counter staff provided us with a loaner microwave when I asked The front counter staff brought us additional towels when asked The front counter staff arranged to have the beds in the bedroom put together into a king when asked The front counter staff did a small clean in the upstairs bathroom for us as I would have had to buy all the cleaning supplies To do it myself We were there for 16 days and this was the most I have paid for a unit here and the worst unit I have ever had.

As advertised for the most part

Only real complaints were noise and one broken fan and light. Noise came in two flavors: the exposed loft master and from street/neighbor noise. Not too fussed about either or the fan/light. Maintenance was responsive, fixed the non-working fan in the loft only for the initially operable fan to stop working. Again, not a big deal. Mostly disappointed with price increases over previous half dozen times we’ve visited Maui, so maybe not a fair review

Beautiful & quiet condo. The a/c kept us cool during our July visit.

Spacious condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking across the street to watch the sunset. Bathrooms are nicely decorated. Grounds are very well kept. Large patio to sit & have morning coffee & take in the beautiful views. Loved having a starter pack of coffee when we arrived. Plenty of towels for our stay. Office open 24/7, made it easy to check out for our early morning flight.

Great location

Great location at the Kamaole Sands property; good AC for the rare time it is needed. Furniture is comfy, plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and the beach is right across the street.

Really great place with a nice view of the ocean. Our only problem were some noises coming from renovations next door. There was a period of drilling and hammering for 4 hours on one of the days when my daughter was napping

Great Family Vacation

Our family of six stayed in this property for 8 nights. The condo was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and at some points was too cool. The sectional sofa was great for our two boys to sleep on and the front room worked well for our two girls. This property is great location for seeing the island being centrally located in Kihei. We were able to explore all the areas of Maui during the day and come back to an amazing sunset each night. The overall property was well maintained with a nice pool and gardens. The beaches and green space across the road was nice and clean with beautiful water. The waves would roll in a little stronger in the afternoon but were generally calm in the morning. We would rent this condo again if we we going with our family.

All the appliances are in excellent condition. New washer/dryer. Has the best fridge of all the condos we've stayed in. It's clean and spacious. The beds were all comfortable. 2 AC units worked well. Lanai and kitchen tables were big enough to fit a family of 5. Nice view of the garden/lagoon and pretty good view of the ocean too. Nice to have enough room for 3 kids without tripping on each other. They loved the pool area and easy walk to the beach. Would return to this unit in the future.
