Nantucket Colonial traditionnel situé dans la ville à seulement quelques pas du centre du centre historique de la ville. Très privé et bute le sanctuaire d'oiseaux et de la conservation région de Mill Hill. cour arrière privée bien aménagé. Terrasse arrière avec barbecue à gaz et une douche extérieure. Pont supérieur de Master Bed Chambre supervise la zone de conservation. Piste cyclable qui se connecte à un vaste réseau de pistes cyclables de Nantucket est juste en face Vesper Lane. Cuisine moderne. Buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Wi-Fi, câble et le streaming TV dans le salon et les chambres. Trois salles de bain complètes; chambre principale avec bain à remous. We had a fabulous weekend here! So responsive to our questions and needs! Was going to let us leave luggage if the house wasn’t ready when we arrived (early) but the cleaners were so kind and let us right in! It was a great location to walk through the path to town and we did so often! The place was clean and had a great outdoor space! Would stay again!

Great option within walking distance to town

We enjoyed our stay. Robert was very communicative. The house had everything we needed. It’s on the outskirts of town, however, there’s a walking path next to the house that provides a direct route into town - probably a 15/20 min walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home in a great location

Home was very comfortable for 5 guests and location is perfect (15-20 minute walk into town). Robert was very responsive and process was smooth.

Amazing house, exceeded expectations

This house was much more spacious than the pictures led me to believe and we were very happy with our stay! The house had everything we needed and wasn’t too far from town. The only thing I would say was that I had to ask for the check in and check out instructions from the host, but he was very responsive and the process was easy.

Hurricane Lee visit

We arrived and were told the ferries would not run. We needed to extend one day. Robert agreed to that. Since the weather was not great we had to take cabs when we hoped we could walk into town. Common rooms worked well when we couldn't go out. Some minor linen updates would improve the overall stay.

Loved our stay in Nantucket

We loved our stay at this house in Nantucket. It was much larger than expected, with sizable bedrooms and a big backyard. The house was clean and in great condition. The owner was great to communicate with and maybe the check in process seamless. I would highly recommend others to stay here!

Wonderful Nantucket Home

We traveled to Nantucket for a wedding and this was the perfect house to stay in for a group. It is in a quiet neighborhood but still an easy 15 minute walk to the downtown area. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen and living room are great. Robert was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Great property but a few issues

The house was very nice and spacious, with a great kitchen, big bathrooms, and mostly private back yard. Beds were very comfortable. However, something was wrong with the plumbing because any time a toilet was flushed, all toilets would belch and splash water around. Also one of the bathroom blinds wasn't attached and falls anytime you touch it.

Weekend stay for a wedding

Nice, clean house located on somewhat busy street abutting a conservation area. Roomy with nice back yard. Not really a short walk to town - more like 20-25 minutes. We would have appreciated earlier communication on entry to property rather than having to chase it down. Took Ubers to beaches.

Perfect for girls weekend!

We had a great experience with Robert and this property! I agree with other reviews that the pictures don’t do the place justice! Very spacious and open, there were 8 of us and we were very comfortable. Robert was also extremely responsive and accommodating with our check-in/out. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and clean

We stayed here for our wedding with our wedding party. The house was bigger than what it looks in the pictures and we were very comfortable during the stay. The location was good for us since we needed to go to a few mid island locations. You can walk to town as well.

Nice stay on Vesper Lane

My Family enjoyed a first time visit to Nantucket for Thanksgiving while our son was guarding the President. Vesper Lane was accommodating, with big rooms and up to date appliances. The lack of heat on the second floor was a minor issue. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful home, walking distance to downtown, quiet and peaceful.

Great house with all the comforts of home. All the modern amenities, plenty of space and a wonderful backyard. Walking distance to downtown but out of the hustle and bustle. Excellent host, who truly cares about their guests. Wish we could stay forever! We will definitely rent again.

The property was fantastic--absolutely spotless and just as nice as the pictures, if not better. Dr. Sarvis was an incredible host--fast to respond, highly accommodating, and he even Fedexed a wallet across the country that one of our party had accidentally left behind. Would highly recommend

Very happy with the home, would book again in a heart beat. The accommodations were better than ,

We loved our accommodations. Most comfortable home we have ever rented, served out needs to a "T". A good, but a bit noisy A/C units a must and kept us very comfortable. We just couldn't believe how comfortable the home was, better than perfect. The only down side was the back yard was in need of a major re-do, bushes and tree's way beyond prime, grass dead, was not ideal for wedding pictures, parking a bit tight, but worked for two large vehicles,. but probably not for three. We loved the place otherwise, and it was hard to leave, really felt like home and pretty central to the island sites.
