Great communication with the property owner. The house had lots of sleeping options, 2 pull out sofas, 2 queen size beds, and a set of bunk beds. Steps away from the bike path. We had a great stay.
This is our 4th consecutive year and we've stayed at 4 different places each year. This home was the best, it's very well cared for and has all amenities one could ask to have a relaxing and comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time on the deck. Also the neighborhood was quiet which was a priority for us.
We enjoyed this property very much. beautifully kept grounds and facilities. The outdoor shower was a nice touch, so we didn't track sand onto those nice floors. Not as close to the beach as we thought in that we had hoped to walk the distance with a beach cart for gear, and we did have to drive, but not a big deal. Walking into town was key and we could do that easily. Bed mattresses were the only negative of the trip in that I have scoliosis so I need extra support from a good innerspring or hybrid and they are all basic foam. The owner went above and beyond in her communications and instructions. Even helped us find great places to eat with some recommendations that were all fantastic! Highly recommend!
The house was very clean and very well stocked - it had everything we needed! The owner was highly communicative and very flexible. Location was also convenient -- just a few minutes to groceries and to the beach. This was the best experience we have had with renting a house!
Had an absolutely worry free week at this house, starting with logistics help from Becky on getting to the island, getting into the property, and ending our stay.... Given MV was super crowded this summer, the location is in close proximity to the beach and Edgartown which made biking the easiest form of transportation.... Overall a great stress free week in a wonderful house
We rented from Becky for our first time with our own place on the vineyard and will definitely be back. Plenty of room for two adults and 4 kids. Becky was absolutely wonderful to communicate with and checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going well. House has everything you could possibly need and then some. Thanks for having us!!!!!
Stayed as a family with my 3 little kids plus my mother in law. Plenty of space for us all! Becky was awesome; super helpful and great communication. We loved being centrally located between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. Bonus was being right off the bike and nature trails!
Where do I start?
First off, this property was immaculate, updated, and so unique. Offered just enough space for our group of 6-8 guests to eat, sleep, and relax throughout the week. Huge back deck where we enjoyed some evening cocktails and snacks and a fun side yard where we set up our cornhole boards for the week. Kitchen was fully equipped with appliances and anything else you could need to host a group for dinner! Great location central to Edgartown center, Oak Bluffs, VH, and South Beach.
The only thing better than the house itself was Becky the host. She could not have been more accommodating and kind to our group. Guided us every step of the way prior to our check-in and then gently touched base with us via text throughout the week.
Donât miss out because this property is a gem! Thanks Becky!
Cute "tree house" property with seven "levels," well equipped and taken care of. Perfect for kids of any age. Ate breakfast on the outdoor deck each day, outdoor shower was perfect for sandy feet.
As it is located on the main route into town about two miles out, recommend looking into bicycles as best way to avoid the summer traffic buildup.
We had a wonderful vacation! The verticality of this beautiful home almost reminds you of a lighthouse..... but with plenty of room for the whole family. And it is nestled in a private, woodsy location close to the beaches and Edgartown center. Becky the owner is friendly and supportive without being intrusive. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.
We had a wonderful week on the Vineyard at Becky's property. The house has everything that you would need (including a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking meals at home). The street is quiet and the house has plenty of privacy. The location can't be beat - the bike path is located right at the end of the street. We enjoyed biking to the local beaches, restaurants, and downtown Edgartown. Becky was always available via text and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had what we needed. She even provided some baby gates for us since we were vacationing with little ones. Overall, Becky was very pleasant to rent from and we would highly recommend her property!
The house is perfectly located close to Edgartown and an easy trip to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Being close to bike paths, trails and the VTA meant that we could all have what we needed. The various levels of the house gave each of us our own space. Becky was a warm, gracious and helpful host.
What a beautiful home! We loved that it was tucked away in the woods but immediately accessible to Edgartown. Becky was a wonderful host and made sure that not only were we comfortable upon arrival, but throughout our stay as well. We will definitely be back and keep Becky in mind for future stays.
This was the perfect summer house for our family vacation on Martha's Vineyard. We traveled with our three young children and in-laws. There was plenty of space for all of us as the bedrooms were on different levels with a very nice sized living room and kitchen area for all of us to spend time and dine together. Tons of privacy and on a quiet road. The home was very clean and comfortable. The beach, supermarkets, and town were conveniently close. The homeowner was so amazing to work with, very responsive, and made us feel like we were staying at a friend's house. Looking forward to returning!
