Nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, Dolly's Cozy Cabin is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin sleeps up to 10 guests and is located on a single level with just 5 steps to enter, offering easy accessibility and comfort throughout. Parking for 2 vehicles is available directly in front.

As you step inside the front door, you're welcomed by an open and inviting living room featuring a large sectional sofa that easily converts into a sleeper, perfect for extra guests. The gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while the large flat-screen TV is ideal for cozy movie nights. Just past the living room is the dining area, where a table for 6 invites shared meals, and the fully stocked kitchen is ready for preparing your favorite dishes.

Through the kitchen, you'll find a fun-filled game room with a foosball table and two arcade games, along with a large flat-screen TV for entertainment. Adjacent to the game room is the theater room, where 6 comfortable seats await for a cinematic experience in the comfort of your cabin.

The master king suite is located off to the right of the living room and features a private ensuite bathroom and a large flat-screen TV for ultimate relaxation. The two additional bedrooms are on the opposite side of the living room. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the other features a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or a group of friends. These two rooms share a spacious hall bathroom.

Step outside to the back deck, accessible from the dining room, where you'll find a hot tub for a relaxing soak while enjoying the mountain air. A table with chairs offers a perfect spot for outdoor dining, and the fully fenced-in backyard is ideal for the family dog to roam and play safely. A fire pit, picnic table, and charcoal grill complete the backyard, making it the perfect place to gather, enjoy a meal, or simply relax under the stars.

I had a great stay

It was a great stay. It could’ve been better if I didn’t have to replace the batteries in half of the tv remotes, there wasn’t black stuff coming out of the faucet or tub(rinsed out, just concerning), the lights weren’t flickering and one hadn’t blown in the living room, and the washer didn’t keep throwing a code when used but overall it was great! I would definitely stay again if these problems were fixed

Enjoyed our stay

The cabin is situated in a steep incline but we had no issues. It’s conveniently located between Pigeon and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed some days just relaxing at the cabin in the hot tub and playing corn hole. I sat out on the porch in the rocking chair enjoying my cup of coffee. The owners were very friendly for we got a chance to meet them when they brought over another arcade game. We will definitely be staying again .
