We were one of two couples. All 4 of us thought the place was excellent and that we made a great decision. Easy check-in. Clean and comfortable beds, chairs and couches. Very responsive property manager. Convenient location to walk to many bars, restaurants and shops. Pool was added bonus. 5 stars and would stay again for sure.

Host was very responsive. The property was in an excellent location -within walking distance to restaurants and shops and not far from hiking trails. It was very nice that the host had plenty of coffee available. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again. The door lock was a bit of a challenge if your Bluetooth does not get good reception but they also had a key.

Excellent property - great location to dining, shopping, arts, etc. Park the car, and walk to great locations and enjoy all this area has to offer. Property is just as shown on the listing - quality finishes, comfortable beds, and spacious! Very responsive hosts, look forward to our next visit!

Phenomenal Location and Very Spacious

Very comfortable for my family of four with tons of room to spare. Everything was clean and neat upon check-in. Location is amazing. Parking is right outside the door to the unit.

We enjoyed this VRBO experience to the fullest while visiting family and friends in Scottsdale! The experience was made even better in having the opportunity to stay at this very nice, well stocked and perfectly located condo!! Adult get away

This 2 bedroom apartment was nicely remodeled and location was perfect. Just minutes away from old town Scottsdale and literally 55 steps through a gate to the mall. The front and back door has bars on them which I relate bars to crime but I think they are to protect the screens. I felt very safe. The HOA controls the use of heat only in winter months and ac only in summer months. It was mid 70s during our stay which wasn’t terribly hot but I was thankful for the fan located the closet. It did get warm at night because I wasn’t comfortable sleeping with the windows open. I would stay here again.

Understated, but comfortable and convenient

We would give this 4.5 stars, but that isn’t an option. Like everyone said, it was updated, well stocked, very clean and a great location. Bubba was friendly and very responsive. However it would be much better with blinds on the windows instead of blackout curtains. We could either have them open where we were exposed to everyone walking by .,, or we could close them and be in the dark. It’s in an old apartment complex on first floor so no privacy with them open. Some pictures and accent pieces would help warm it up as well. But overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

In town for the weekend- great location (close to Camelback for morning hike, as well as to Fashion Square & Old Town for restaurants and shopping). Condo was updated and clean. Owner was helpful and accommodating. Perfect for what we needed!

Spring Training getaway

The property was amazing. clean, neat, and very quiet which my wife and I enjoyed very much. The location was better than I expected as we were in walking distance to Old Town and the mall. We will trying to get this property the next time we are in Scottsdale if it is available.

This is our 3rd stay at Bubba and Nena’s place and have enjoyed it each time. They are very responsive hosts but actually has been little need as everything is always stocked and perfect!

Perfect location

This is the second visit to this lovely condo and I’m sure not our last! Two of us ladies are from the east coast doing a couple year project in Phoenix. This condo is perfectly located for our off time shopping and enjoying old Scottsdale art district. Bubba is a fantastic and responsive host the condo is very clean abs well stocked. We will be back!!

AMAZING LOCATION / HOSTS

I have been to Phoenix/Scottsdale for work and pleasure several times and stay in this area most times. The location is walking distance to some of the more premiere destinations and a short drive to the others! The hosts are attentive and available night/day should you need. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, fun, and reliable place to stay.

We are not at all familiar with Phx/Scottsdale area so had no idea where/ this property is.

This rental is an OLD apartment building with a pool in the middle. The pictures were appealing but misleading. Yes, the place has been remodeled but the patio is carved out of the hedge with no privacy. The second bedroom and the kitchen have cars and parking lot for a view. Curtains do not pull just snag on the rod. Living room had a sectional couch two chairs and one table. Tv on the wall and the rest is a long bare wall. It would not have been comfortable to stay there for a month. We did not like it. Stayed for four days and decided we would be happier in cold Montana at home. We left. Oh yes, there is no green area in n the area for walking. And not a “pop” of color in the apt

We have lived in Scottsdale for a long time! One of us is native and the other is basically native! We have been married since 1988 and have four children. We like to do most of all the activities listed here as well as go on our boat to the lakes around Scottsdale. We both grew up in the old town Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area. We live in North Scottsdale now, but when we found this little condo at Colony Camelback, we absolutely fell in love with its’ charm and “old school” Scottsdale feel. Being at the base of Camelback Mountain is certainly irreplaceable and being so close to all that is in Old Town was very appealing. Of course when we purchased the property everything was in disrepair and even torn apart which was a fantastic opportunity to do what we love to do which was to restore it, and make it clean, comfortable, and beautiful.

We really do hope you enjoy your stay and our goal is that you enjoy it enough to continue to visit Scottsdale 227. If there is anything that we can do do make your stay better, please don’t hesitate to ask or leave feedback. Thank you, again, for choosing us!

This property's location could not be better! You are steps away from walking in to Scottsdale's finest shopping mall. There are restaurants within walking distance and it is also walking distance to the base of Camelback Mountain. All this and still surrounded by the quiet and serene beauty of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.

Everything in this property is brand new as of March 2017. Everything is top quality! The rooms are spacious. Close to everything Scottsdale and Phoenix has to offer.
