1. Check-In/Check-Out â°
Stick to Check-in/Out times. Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and weâll do our best to accommodate. Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Luggage Drop-Off đ§ł
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before check-in time and not after check-out time.
3. No Smoking Indoors đ
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Please use designated outdoor areas only. Penalty: $500.
4. Pet Policy đŸ
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Please notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours đ€«
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Letâs respect our neighbors.|
6. Jacuzzi Usage đ
To ensure a comfortable and restful environment for all guests and neighbors, the jacuzzi may be used only until 10:00 PM. Please keep noise levels low at all times, as it is located next to a bedroom and late-night use may disturb others.
Children must be supervised at all times while using the jacuzzi.
Use the jacuzzi at your own risk. Please do not add soaps, oils, or any substances to the water.
Improper use or failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning or maintenance fees.
7. No Parties or Events đâ
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
8. Security & Valuables đ
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
9. Use of Appliances & Amenities âïž
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues and weâll take care of them.
10. Climate Control đĄïž
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
11. Cleanliness đ§č
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.
12. Respect for Property đĄ
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.
13. Emergency Procedures đš
Know the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Safety first.

15. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety đš
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.
