Welcome to Big Sky 3 - Midtown Guest Suite
Ideally located on an unassuming, quiet street in central Missoula, you'll enjoy convenient, quick access to anywhere in our city via your preferred mode of transportation when you book this freshly renovated lower-level guest suite. Opt for free public transport or walk/bike/run the Bitterroot pedestrian path, merging with river trails adjacent to Downtown and the University of Montana. Our clean, cozy space features easy parking, a private entrance, a dedicated workspace, and en suite laundry.
I’m happy to interact with guests as much or as little as they like. My top priorities are guest privacy and space to make their vacation their own. If I can help in any way to enrich your experience, I’m delighted to do so. As a local Missoulian, I love sharing my hometown with visitors, so please do not hesitate to utilize me!
This neighborhood was one of Missoula’s first to be developed south of the Clark Fork River, and gets its name because the streets are laid out at an angle (or “slanted”) compared to the rest of Missoula’s north-south grid. The area is characterized by wide boulevards, tree-lined streets and craftsman homes. Still close to the University and downtown Missoula, this area features a wonderful mix of parks, schools, churches, and businesses, and easy access to our wonderful pedestrian trail system. Local residents describe the neighborhood as "beautiful", "walkable", "family-oriented", "convenient/proximal", "safe" and "welcoming".
The guest suite has a secure locking door to ensure privacy, security, and separation from the upstairs. Shared laundry and outdoor space.

This private space is the downstairs guest suite of the home - accessible by a secure, dedicated entry.

Small apartment-size kitchen perfect for quick meals.
It is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, oven, and petite stove.
Bar-height table and stools.
Shared laundry with full-sized washer & dryer.
BATHROOM
Full-sized walk-in shower.
Basic toiletries such as shampoo & conditioner.
BEDROOM
The queen-size bed is encased in quality, professionally laundered linens and has extra pillows for propping.
PARKING
Convenient off-street parking for one vehicle and ample free street parking for additional vehicles.
Welcome to BigSky! #3 is ideally situated for those who want to be central in our valley with easy access to destinations in every direction. Downtown Missoula, Southgate Triangle, The University of Montana, the Clark Fork River, and Mount Sentinal are all within an easy mile on foot/bike, car, bus, or ride-share, such as UBER/LYFT. Missoula is known as a highly bike-friendly city, and several bike shops offer rentals for cruising the city or getting out on some of our fantastic mountain bike trails. The public bus system (The Mountain Line) is free to ride, and there is a bus stop located a block from the house which can take you virtually anywhere you'd like to go within the city.
