Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Six themed suites sleep 16 or more guests across 10 beds, each room carrying its own personality. On the first floor, the King Triton Suite offers a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite sits nearby with a queen bed and a 50-inch Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite features two twin beds and a 40-inch smart TV, while the Star Wars Suite provides two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The Clearwater Suite has its own bathroom, a king bed, and a 55-inch smart TV. The Moana Suite rounds out the sleeping arrangements with one queen bed, one full bed, and a 50-inch smart TV. Shared living spaces include a family room with a 65-inch smart TV and a living room with a 50-inch smart TV.

Outdoor living
The private pool and spa anchor the backyard, with optional heating for both available at an additional fee. Sun loungers, a covered patio, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils make it easy to spend full days outside. The private backyard offers open space to relax beyond the pool. Resort access nearby extends the options with a community pool, fitness center, tennis, volleyball, and more. Lake access is also available via a path or dock.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for serious cooking, with an airfryer stove, top-brand appliances, and everything the group needs to prepare meals at home. A refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and mini fridge are on hand alongside a coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, and baking sheet. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses are all included. The dining table brings everyone together, and breakfast is provided.

Entertainment & recreation
The air-conditioned game room offers a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, life size games, a game console, and board games, with a Bluetooth sound system setting the tone throughout. Theme rooms add playful character across the home. For families with younger guests, a children's playroom stocked with toys and books, an outdoor playground, crib, pack 'n play, high chair, children's dinnerware, and baby safety gates are all available.

Comfort & essentials
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and an indoor fireplace keep the home comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer, room-darkening shades, iron, clothing storage, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, and a complete set of linens and bathroom essentials are all provided. Long-term stays are welcome. Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace are available for remote work needs. Exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property - none face the interior. Smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in place.
