Located on the North end of Anna Maria, Dock of the Bay is a newly remodeled two- bedroom, three-bathroom vacation home directly on a canal with a private pool. This property has boat access to the intercoastal passing 2 low clearance bridges.
Dock of the Bay is a direct walk to Bean Point which is one of the most picturesque parts of Anna Maria Island.

Relax on the large-screened lanai after a day at the beach and look out for mullets jumping in the canal. Take a dip in the lagoon shaped pool with shallow wading area. Dock of the Bay is located on quiet Gladiolus St and just a short walk away from the Bay side and Pine Avenue shopping area. Here you can try out the delicious local cuisines, browse through shops and much more! If you are looking to unwind, Dock of the Bay is your perfect location! There are three parking spaces designated for this property in the driveway and garage.
The weekly pool heat fee is $150.00. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86 F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment except for pool heat fees will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval.
