Beautifully Designed Villa across from the Beach! Chez La Vie sleeps 8!
Just across from the white sands and turquoise waters of Miramar Beach is a small, lovely, quiet community filled with palm trees and a gorgeous pool. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has two additional bunk beds in a nice room at the top of the stairs. The home is light, spacious and has four porches and balconies. One bedroom and bath are downstairs. All bathrooms are ensuite, and each bedroom has a porch or balcony. Steps to the most beautiful beach with a locked gate at beach entrance for exclusive use of Miramar Beach Villas. We have a baby gate on the stairs, a pack and play, and a highchair. There is a gas grill on the back porch and washer and dryer upstairs. The pool, the deck around the pool including chairs and tables, the parking lot, and common green spaces are all available for guests' use. We have two parking spaces, and there are extra guest spaces. We have plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. I have 4.9 stars on reviews on another platform.
Everything was easy, safe, clean and roomy! The host was lovely and sent many suggestions along the way. Lots of beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas and toys. Our family and friends had a wonderful visit! Would stay here again!
I live and work in New Orleans and go to my beach home as much as possible to take long beach walks, each fresh seafood, and enjoy the comfort and loveliness of my home. (I also clean a lot while I'm there!) I am a realtor in New Orleans where I enjoy the beautiful architecture, the music, festivals and some of the world's best food. I have a Ph.D. in English, three grown children, one grandchild, a professor husband, a rescue dog named Albert, and six fantastic grand-dogs.
It is simply breathtaking to walk the boardwalk in Miramar Beach to take in the sunsets, and beautiful beach scenes. I love the old highway that runs along the beach is very much old-Florida. The beach feels more accessible here--you may see it from many vantage points on your morning walks or runs or cycling down the beautiful trails. The food is great around here--the best ethnic food in the area is in Miramar Beach. I give you great tips for restaurants in my guidebook. Always on the first night my husband and I get a drink and some fried fish at Whale's Tail after a long beach walk to watch the sunset. There is so much to do in the area--great shopping, movies, theme parks and water parks for the children. Great hikes in Grayton Beach Park and Deer Park--a short drive away. There is nothing that beats this beautiful beach--watch the dolphins play, enjoy the families building sandcastles. It's such a sweet scene! It's an incredibly convenient location--the grocery store and fresh seafood market is 1/2 mile away. The outlets are a mile away--great for a rainy day.
I make sure I have everything you need for cooking, playing, and enjoying a great beach stay. The photos don't do my place justice--I need to change them. I've replaced the floors, light fixtures and some of the furniture--it's beautifully designed. I love it that each bedroom has a porch or balcony, there are tvs in each bedroom, and each bedroom has its own bath. It's two buildings away from the pool and such a short walk across the street to the beach. It's a bright, cheery, happy place--full of good energy!
