Ce 2 acres privé près de 5000 pieds carrés à domicile, est fermée à la maison du lac représente MAISON LOIN DE CHEZ. Il possède toutes les commodités on peut avoir besoin. Belle plan d'étage ouvert pour accentuer la proximité chaleureuse et de la vie familiale. Grand terrain clôturé sur deux acres, piscine blindé, un bain à remous, couverts quai éclairé avec plage privée.
La maison est récemment rénové avec salles de bains modernes, cuisine et aménagement paysager frais. Idéalement situé pour participer à l'autoroute Sebring
avec une abondance de voyages de pêche / chasse à proximité ou rester à la maison pour la piscine et le plaisir du lac! Avec un quai couvert prêt pour votre bateau ou de l'eau des jouets. la plage dispose d'un foyer. Idéalement situé à quelques minutes du coeur du lac placid avec l'adorable rue principale du centre-ville qui propose des boutiques mignonnes, des restaurants, un nouveau Publix et Walgreen / cvs.
Le lac Huntley est un lac d'environ 900 acres qui n'est jamais bondé, connu pour les couchers de soleil incroyables, les sports nautiques et la pêche en eau douce.
Grande cours avant et arrière pelouse pour les enfants d'avoir du plaisir pendant que les adultes peuvent "TAKE IT EASY" dans le bain à remous de belvédère couvert tout en profitant de la vue sur le lac.

Great place for large group

The house and property were fantastic for our family group(15). Plenty of space with bedrooms and great living space around TV area and kitchen. We took our boat (water ski)and rented a jetski, access to the public boat ramp is very close and very easy. The only reason it is not a 5 star all the way across is the property could use some maintenance. It is not a negative just that the house is lived in and some items are in need of repair. It has been a few years since some of the pictures. If I went around our group and asked 1 thing you would improve at the house they would say the water from the well. There is probably not much that can be done it is just something that took a little time to get used to. David was great to communicate with before and after the rental. I want to emphasize it is not a negative review just passing on information. We do not usually go back to places we stayed(like trying different places)but I would recommend this house.

Family vacation

It’s a nice big spacious open floor plan. Only has 4 bathrooms not 7. Rooms are big. Bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. And the water smelled so bad. Pool was not clear all week very cloudy and bottom had sand as dirt on it. Pool guy came the day before we was leaving and and said main stain was broken in the bottoms of the pool. Fishing off the dock is in shallow water. Overall I would say 3 1/2

Amazing Property

We spent the month of February in this beautiful property. The house is spacious and has everything you need. Any issues we had were handled promptly by Jeremy. The lake, the pool, the sunsets all gorgeous!

Great trip

We had a great time at the lake!! The house was very spacious and perfect for 4 families. We relaxed in the pool, drank wine on the dock, and made s’mores on the fire pit. The dock was perfect for our boat and we really enjoyed tubing on the lake. This is the perfect house for a group that just wants to chill by the lake.

Family Reunion

We decided to stay in this beautiful home and were so happy we did. It’s very spacious has a lot of beds perfect for big families. Host was very attentive. We had a problem with the main TV and host fixed it immediately with no hesitation. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Spring break with family

A.C. had to be fixed twice. Hottub has No steps. Lake doesn't connect to other lakes as advertised. Pool heater didn't work until our third day there. Dock is nice but walkway needs repair.

Jim Informed us the first evening of his stay that he could not get the AC to come on at about six thirty PM . A repair man was dispatched within two hourts to the home to check and repair the AC if necessary which he did repair . Also bearing in mind that the home has two AC units. He remarked that the hot tub has no steps however the hot tub is approximately three feet and would present more of a liability and someone falling as there are no steps in the Jacuzzi to step down into the hot tub. We have never had a complaint about the pool heater from himself or the three guests after him ?? Could it have been the outside temperature and water were higher within the first three days . Nothing was repaired so the heater mysteriously worked well for the following four days. He refers to the lakes not connecting and there is no mention of connecting lakes anywhere. The entire dock is two years old and has a roof electric and fresh water. All the guests like it. I gave Jim a good rating as he was silent for his entire stay and chose to make the comments after his stay ,which if true could easily have been rectified. Thanks

Wonderful home! Plenty of space!

We had a great time with 5 couples for a motorcycle trip! Plenty of room to spread out. Nice garage for our bikes. David and Jeremy were wonderful with meeting any requests we had and were quick to reply... Extremely helpful and accommodating! Great place! Highly recommend. One note: there are FOUR full baths and eight bedrooms. The listing states 7 baths. We will be back! Thank you David and Jeremy!

We all really enjoyed staying here for the event at the Sebring Raceway. The bedroom layouts worked well for a group of people and the communal space was excellent for everyone. Had everything we needed... we only wish we had more time to relax in it!

Fantastic we thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion at The Lakeside Chateau Serenity

We arrived and spent ten days and everyone wished it were longer at least two weeks. The sleeping arrangements are great . We were sixteen folks and there were beds for at least twenty or more . Many games for the adults and kids . Additionally there is a pool table shuffle board , and a lot of card games to keep us entertained . The high speed internet worked well throughout the property and numerous channels and movies on the cable network. . The owners are very accommodating and easy to communicate with and our arrival instructions was very clear. There is a white sand beach at the lake and a covered dock with lights at night where we had several bottles of wine and simply relaxed . My husband caught several bass and other fish in the lake.The (yard) all four acres are fenced with a secure gated entry code .Very central to the supermarkets and restaurants , however a dynamic feature is the kitchen and family room. It is huge with two large refrigerators two dishwashers with a large Wolf gas range and ovens. The large kitchen and family room flows well with an open floor plan that accommodated the entire gang. Large swimming pool and manicured yard for the kids to play. The price was very good for all the amenities and large hot tub. We will rent some jet skis and perhaps a boat for our next reunion . We will definitely be back in 2019 Thanks Again to the folks at " Lakeside Chateau Serenity "

Loved the house and lake view! So comfy & huge!!

We had a family get together at this lake house. 30+ people including 14+ kids. The layout of the house is perfect - spacious & comfy!! Plenty of room to spread out. Giant kitchen area with double everything. We spent a lot of time gathered in this area eating, drinking, playing games. 2 game rooms as well (pool table, plus...) Screened in pool area and gigantic back yard. Beach area, dock and deck, jacuzzi area. Front yard has fire pit and again, plenty of green space. We spent a lot of time on the water, boating, jet skiing, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. Then cookouts and chilling in the evenings. Will definitely be back!!!

5 star plus!

My kids and grandkids had a great experience at this magnificent property. The house is enormous and the kitchen, bathrooms and living room area all have been recently renovated. The 6 bedrooms easily accommodated 16 people and the master bedroom was phenomenal. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a feast for large numbers of people - 2 refrigerators, large stove/oven, convection microwave. Pool table, ping pong table and board games kept the kids entertained during the afternoon showers. Screened in pool was a big hit as well as the hot tub. Large 2 stall dock provided plenty of shade when fishing for bass and bream (all the kids caught fish) and has been recently painted. There was plenty of room on the lake for boating, fishing and jet skiing. Crystal clear water and a white sand beach provided a nice play area for the smaller kids. The owner David was very accommodating before renting and we did not need his assistance because everything worked perfectly. We had a vacation that my family will remember and cherish for a long time.

Perfect vacation

My sisters and I rent lake houses in the Lake Placid area every year to vacation together with our families. This year was perfection! We were fortunate to avoid the bugs that sometimes take over at the lakes, but even if they had been there the week we stayed we would've still been able to thoroughly enjoy our stay thanks to the large screened in pool area. We were so glad to have a pool because there is more vegetation in the lake than we've had at other rentals on other lakes so we weren't as crazy about swimming in this lake, but we used the pool CONSTANTLY! The kitchen was the star of the house indoors! Two large islands with bench seating, a gas stove, so much room for us to sit, hang out and cook. We LOVED it! And the living room was super comfortable with lots of seating. Everyone wished they had the circular chairs at home. The surround sound was a nice feature, made movie night extra special. The kids rooms were adorable with two sets twin/full of bunk beds in each room, plus trundles in the bottoms of every set. There were so many places to sleep in that house! The house was close to grocery stores and Admirals cove for bait. It looks like a hole in the wall but the Admiral was the kindest, most helpful man and clearly has a heart for kids and teaching them about fishing. I highly recommend seeing him for your fishing needs! We fished our hearts out and spent so much time out on the dock. My 4 year old son was so proud to have caught his first bass on this trip! A whole week in the house with a bunch of kids and no one ever go bored. We enjoyed the ping pong table, and the pool table as well. The owner was very helpful anytime something came up and leading up to our stay. We made a lot of memories and had a great time. We look forward to returning next year!

The home is very well balanced with game room large kitchen open concept design and feel. Table tennis shuffle board white sand beach area by the lake. Large heated screened pool and large heated Jacuzzi nestled under a cabana with flowering vines ,making it very private . Large high definition Flat screen throughout the home with several hundred selections. Two large refrigerators and large wolf range for cooking. Barbecue by the pool side with lots of seating and large ceiling fans.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Sunset views are truly Spectacular. The gated and fenced private yard is very safe and contained for all and the animals as well.
The heated large Jacuzzi in the yard is is very private and secluded.
The dock is large has a roof and is well lit. Perfect for having a Barbecue with the family by the water day or night.Very large open floor plan lots of games and pool table area.
