We had a fantastic time and having the family staying in one place was a plus. All 11 of us stayed at the condo and having room to spread out made a huge difference. The kids loved the park that was located just minutes away. We highly recommend for your next family get away.

Great family accommodations

Everything an extended family group needs. With young grandkids, we ate in, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kid bedroom was “the clubhouse.” Very fun area to visit, and we used the tennis courts and pool each day.

Excellent location

Excellent location, there was a broken window in 1 bedroom which needs to be repaired. Overall it was a good experience.

Bathrooms modern updated, living and kitchen comfortable, clean, and mountain rustic, beds great. great location- loved the Avon Rec Center 1 block away for kid's entertainment. Gondola few blocks made trip up to Beaver Creek (skating, ski, and shopping) easy and fun.

The park is terrific for kids to run and play, and walking around the lake gives you beautiful 360-degree views of the valley! The gondola is fun for everyone, and of course, the free BCW shuttle will take you and all your ski gear right to the gondola. Hope you and your family will join us again!"

Great stay for our large family group

This stay worked out great for all of us. We were 9 people altogether and it was so nice to have the children upstairs int he "bunk room" and the adults downstairs. The large dining table was so appreciated as were the signage on the kitchen cabinets to know where to look for kitchen items. The proximity to the town, the lake, pool and tennis courts really enhanced our stay. Many thanks.

One of the things I find confusing when renting is locating all the kitchen supplies so I love that you found the labels helpful. The town of Avon is full of amazing restaurants and family-friendly parks and walkways as well as the Rec Center and lake with beach and boats. Once we arrive we almost never pull our car out of the lot! The beautiful pool and tennis courts at our complex have been wonderful for our family as well. So happy you enjoyed your stay and I hope we can welcome you back again soon!"

Nice condo, great location!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved that it had a shuttle that ran 8-10:30 am and 2-5pm to take us to the main bus stop (which was also close to the gondola), or back to the condo. The beds were nice, and kitchen stocked well. The location is perfect for skiers or non skiers! The fireplace was nice after a long day on the slopes. The dining table fit us all and we enjoyed games and dinners together. The condo is on the 3rd floor, with steps only, which can be a lot for carrying stuff up. Overall we recommend this condo!

Great location but the condo needs maintenance

Great location with lots to do nearby. The unit itself has much to be desired. The carpets were stained and filthy, the freezer drawer seal was loose and the ice maker out of order, so water was constantly on the floor despite the lever in the up position as their note suggested. The bedroom nearest the kitchen did not have a door handle going into the bathroom and the windows were inoperable with one left open, which in the summer heat was good. The neighbor below in unit 12 was not shy about telling us that our infant was making too much noise and that our footsteps were too loud. I spoke with the property manager and maintenance came out to install a new handle, they are aware of the neighbor, and all the maintenance issues have been told to the property owner for over 2 months. I would hope to get money back on my reservation for the condition of the unit. I would highly recommend the property - just not this unit.

The homeowner wanted to provide some additional information regarding your concerns:-The homeowner is aware of the issues with the freezer seal and ice maker and is actively working on getting them fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused during your stay.-The carpet is fairly new, so it’s concerning to hear that it was stained and dirty. The homeowner is working with the property management team to investigate this, as any staining or dirt should have been addressed by the cleaning crew before your arrival. If needed, professional carpet cleaners will be brought in to restore the carpet.-The windows have been replaced as of June 26th, so this issue should now be resolved for future guests.-The homeowner addressed this issue immediately after being notified, and a new handle was installed during your stay. They are following up with the property management team to ensure maintenance issues like this are identified and resolved promptly between guests.-The homeowner is aware of the situation with the neighbor and is working with the condo building’s management to address this ongoing issue.The homeowner is committed to making necessary improvements and appreciates your feedback. We apologize for the inconveniences you faced and understand your frustration. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future, where we’re confident the unit will be in better condition.
