The living room is a perfect gathering spot with a large sectional, a recliner, and a 75-inch Smart TV for movie nights, while high-speed WiFi ensures you can stay connected. The main house includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the detached loft provides a private suite with its own kitchenette, living area, and bathroom. Guests will also love the variety of entertainment options, from ping pong and oversized Jenga to board games for a little friendly competition.

Please refrain from smoking inside the house! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the home and neighboring homes as sounds travel very far.
