The master suite is a serene retreat with large windows framing breathtaking lake views. The king sized bed is fitted with Turkish cotton sheets bringing luxe level comfort to ensure a restful night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom features a custom shower with rain-head and a Jacuzzi tub — ideal for unwinding after a day on the lake or exploring the surroundings.

Two additional bedrooms each offer king-sized beds, providing restful spaces for family or guests. Every bedroom is equipped with smart TVs, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows in privacy.

Need a place to send the kids for the evening? The attached bunkroom/game room is a favorite for kids and teens alike, featuring two twin bunks, a large TV, a comfortable Lovesac for lounging, and an Infinity gaming table — perfect for movie nights, gaming, or hanging out together.

The living room invites you to relax on a premium cowhide trimmed leather sofa while watching your favorite movies on a large smart TV. Additional leather seating is offered to give multiple areas for family members to unwind or gather for conversation.

A fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. Whether cooking a family breakfast or planning a barbecue, you’ll find everything you need.

Outside, the spacious 2 acre offers plenty of room for pets and kids to play. Step onto the porch to enjoy sweeping lake views while enjoying your morning coffee.

When you’re ready for adventure, Lake Tawakoni’s clear waters are just steps away — perfect for fishing, kayaking, or swimming.

Dinnertime? Mosey over to our large outdoor dining area to cook the family some steaks on our high end Napoleon grill. While you're waiting for the perfect temperature on those steaks, try your hand at our cornhole boards or life sized Connect-4. Enjoy the fruits of your labor in the best possible way: sitting around our outdoor dining table overlooking the lake surrounded by loved ones.

Cap off the night under a moonlit sky around our outdoor firepit. Rekindle connections with friends and family as the glow from the fire stimulates conversations about good memories and future hopes and dreams.
