House Rules: 1. No Smoking
This is a 100% non-smoking property, indoors and outdoors.
No tobacco, marijuana, vaping, hookah, or incense burning is allowed on-site.
We only accept guests who do not smoke.
If you smoke, a $1500 fee will be charged to cover cleaning and potential damages.
2. No Drugs
No illegal substances, paraphernalia, or drug-related activity is permitted.
Violation will result in immediate removal with no refund, and may be reported to Vrbo and local authorities.
3. No Excessive Drinking
Light/moderate alcohol consumption is fine.
No intoxication, binge drinking, or alcohol-fueled behavior allowed. This is not a party apartment.
4. No Parties or Events
This is a quiet, residential property. No parties, gatherings, or group events of any kind.
Violations will result in cancellation and immediate removal with no refund and a $3000 party fee to cover extra cleaning and damages.
5. No Unauthorized Guests
Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment.
Additional guests require prior approval and may incur additional charges.
6. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please be respectful of neighbors. No loud music, yelling, or noise in the apartment or outdoor areas during these hours.
7. No Pets
Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized animals will result in a fee and possible cancellation.
8. No Rearranging Furniture
Please do not move, drag, or rearrange furniture or décor.
9. No Professional Filming or Photography
No commercial use of the apartment (e.g., photo shoots, filming, social media content) unless explicitly approved in writing.
10. Exterior Security Cameras in Use
For safety and security, exterior security cameras are present. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
11. Check-In/Out Policy
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-outs will result in a fee.
12. Cleanliness and Damage
Please treat the apartment with care. Excessive mess or unreported damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
13. Trash Disposal
Please take trash bag out of bin, close it and lay it by the front gate on the sidewalk. New trash bags are in cabinet underneath the kitchen sink. Fees may apply for excessive trash left behind.
14. Maximum Occupancy: 4 Guests
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests (2 adults + 2 children) maximum. No exceptions. Unauthorized guests will result in cancellation and removal with no refund.
15. Air Conditioning (A/C)
The air conditioning is ON at all times to keep the apartment comfortable, please remember to keep all windows and doors closed. This prevents mold growth, saves energy and keeps mosquitoes outside.
