L'une des très rares propriétés locatives en première ligne de mer à Aruba. La maison est située à Seroe Colorado, à proximité des célèbres Baby Beach, Rodgers Beach et Boca Grandi. Profitez de la brise fraîche et des vues panoramiques spectaculaires sur la mer des Caraïbes depuis les sommets de corail dans cette propriété privée et relaxante en première ligne de mer à Aruba!

L'espace:

Cette maison "Colony" originale de trois chambres est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et convivial, à côté de plusieurs plages. Toutes ces plages de sable blanc sont à 2-3 minutes à pied de la porte d'entrée.
Vous profiterez d'une vue panoramique sur la mer des Caraïbes et les magnifiques ciels et couchers de soleil d'Aruba. Le grand patio extérieur dispose d'un coin salon confortable, d'un coin repas, d'un barbecue et de chaises longues; créant un espace de vie extérieur supplémentaire.
La maison est équipée d'équipements modernes et confortables créant une atmosphère chaleureuse - la seule chose dont vous aurez besoin sont vos valises. Prenons soin du reste!

Il y a deux chambres principales climatisées avec lits king-size et deux salles de bains séparées avec articles de toilette à votre disposition. Il y a aussi une troisième chambre climatisée avec deux lits jumeaux. Toutes ces chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond.
La cuisine lumineuse, ouverte et entièrement équipée est pratique pour préparer des repas à savourer à la maison ou pour préparer une journée d'aventure ou à la plage.
Dans le salon, nous avons un grand téléviseur avec câble et accès gratuit à Netflix. Nous fournissons un accès Internet WiFi haut débit gratuit et des appels interurbains gratuits vers l'Amérique du Nord.
Il y a aussi des livres à lire tout en admirant les belles vues à travers les grandes baies vitrées. Et bien sûr le patio extérieur avec barbecue et un jardin donnant sur la mer des Caraïbes.
Nous fournissons des jouets de plage, des chaises, du matériel de plongée et des serviettes.

This is a lovely house and shaded patio. It felt very spacious for the 4 of us. The kitchen is well equipped and the gas grill worked well. It’s close enough the walk to Baby Beach or Roger’s Beach. Lovely view of the ocean from the house and patio, including a partial view of the baby lagoon and the fishing boats at Roger’s We hope to return!

We had a marvelous stay! The house is very clean and equipped with everything you might need. The landscaping around the property is beautiful and lights up in the evening. We enjoyed dinner and quiet afternoons under the porch. The outdoor shower was great. Beach access is very easy either by foot or car. The view from the living room is beautiful. Enrique is friendly and was helpful with a tour around the property upon our arrival. We had no issues during our stay and hope to be back soon!

Gola is a wonderful host. Enrique made sure we had everything we needed. The home is beautifully maintained with lush landscape, comfortable outdoor space and outstanding views of Baby Beach and Rogers Beach. We used the grill numerous times and just enjoyed listening to the ocean, good food and drinks. Inside the home was everything you could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities, beds were comfortable. Beach chairs and a cooler was a plus when we went to the beach. Can't wait for our next trip! A slice of paradise away from the crowds.

We stayed for 8 days and it was a wonderful getaway. Leading up to the stay, the owner, Gola, maintained contact and was very responsive answering any questions we had. Once there, Alexandra, the concierge, was lovely and accommodating. The views are incredible and the access to Baby Beach was amazing. When we wanted more action, we hopped in the car and zipped up the main road about 30 minutes to the resort and shops section of the island. Always happy to escape back to our own home and do some cooking and winding down while enjoying the private views with a glass of wine each night. Our kind of vacation !

GREAT SECOND STAY 2023

Stayed here in June 2023 for the first time. Lovely home accurately shown in photographs. Just a short drive down to Baby Beach. Reef, fish, turtles all just a short swim off the beach - perfect for snorkeling. Great place for a quiet stay and busy parts of Aruba easily accessed by car.

Perfect location and amazing home for family

The home is well maintained and feels tropical and spacious for a family. Comfortable and cozy with plenty of room for indoor and outdoor living. There is nothing this home is lacking. The outside area is a singularly memorable place. The landscaping and living area feel resort like. It’s private, quiet, relaxing. The customer care is also second to none. Gola and Enrique took care of our every need. We loved dining locally, away from the commercialism of Palm Beach. And yet, we were just 40 min from the craziness of it all when we wanted it. The dining recommendations were all spot on! We have rented many homes from VRBO in the past 20 years, and this is one of the top! Highly recommend, and we want to return!

Beautiful Vacation Rental

This home in the San Nicholas area of Aruba was a home away from home. It was comfortably and nicely furnished, well equipped and beautifully maintained. The outdoor living spaces and gardens were lovely. The owners, Jacek and Gola, and the property and housekeeping managers, Enrique and Irma, were informative, responsive and exceptionally warm and friendly. We hope to return again.

Incredible views, garden, and location

My family of 4 quickly felt relaxed here. A sort walk to the beach which was not crowded and had nice snorkeling. Close to Jads for scuba lessons. Lots of restaurants in the area. Loved turning in the AC at night for deep sleeping. Highly recommend if you want to relax with your family and avoid the busy area of Aruba.

Wonderful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baby Beach House. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is extremely well equipped including new cookware, wine glasses and ice maker. We used the beach chairs and cooler every day for our different beach excursions. Great check in process, loads of information given. One of the best VRBO locations we have rented to date. Location is more remote, if you are looking for casinos and a fancy resort this is not for you.

Excellence All Around!

The property is beautiful and comfortable. Alexandra met us at the house and gave us an informative tour. The house has everything you need and all items are in excellent condition. Baby beach and Roger’s Beach are close by. This end of the island is quiet and less populated. We rented a car from Jair and dove with JADS dive center. We were picked up from the airport, cold beverages in the car and driven to the house. Alexandra communicated with me prior to arrival and I made a list at superfoods which she picked up and put away! She went above and beyond to find Diet Mountain Dew for me.The process was seamless and made our vacation stress free. We will be back!

Amazing stay at Baby Beach vacation home!

This was a truly special and beautiful home that was exactly what we were looking for. The property manager Alexandra stayed late to meet us when we had flight issues and she and her husband were so helpful and welcoming. My husband and I were looking for a house without a pool but with a big outdoor area where we could relax outside with our one year old. This was perfect. There was plenty of space for her to crawl around on the deck outside while we enjoyed the ocean view. It's a very very quiet area and we enjoyed walking up and down the street at sunset and going down to baby beach. Much better for us than staying in the crowded side of the island. So. Quiet. We got groceries and cooked almost every meal at the house, although there are a few restaurant options close by. I hope the coming big resort doesn't change the character of the area too much!

A beautiful home off the beaten path

This home had the best equipped kitchen in a vrbo that I’ve ever stayed in. That and the most amazing sunset views were our favorite things about this lovely home. That’s not to say it wasn’t without it’s issues, (roosters in the morning & dogs barking at night) but those things were minor compared to the enjoyment of two beaches within walking distance. For all the talk of baby beach we found we appreciated the less crowded rodgers beach more. We enjoyed our stay here and are a bit saddened by the inevitable development coming. We also had a very positive experience with Enrique and it is great to have someone meet you at the house and show you where everything is. We hope to come back!

The VIEW!

The property - was even better than the pictures! Other than sleeping, we spent all of our time in the outdoor living and dining space. We started and ended out day there, every day. From coffee in the morning to dinner or cards in the evening it the epitome of a relaxing environment. The kitchen -was fully stocked, and while we generally eat dinner out on vacation, we did make dinner a couple times, just because the outdoor dining space was so enticing. The Concierge - Alexandra and Jair were SUPER sweet, helpful and accommodating. We discovered that one of the air conditioners wasn't working and they were ON IT right away. We liked the area of this property. It was on the opposite end of the "Action", and so quite at night. So close to Baby Beach and nice to walk along the ocean without having the busy roads you would find on the other end of the island. We had a car, so we could see all of Aruba at our leisure. The owners - were super communicative and created an interactive map that was super useful. We ate at a number of their recommended restaurants. If we ever are blessed with the opportunity to return to Aruba, we would love to stay here again.

Great Quiet Aruba Vacation

Loved our stay at this property. The pictures at the site clearly show this exceptional property. Clean, well stocked, and very comfortable with a terrific view of the ocean. The property met us at check in and returned as needed. One of the air conditioners had an issue, and the manager had the conditioner fixed quickly. This is not the busy and built up side of Aruba. The property sits in an older neighborhood of single homes, some needing repairs and other in very good shape. Baby Beach, just down the street, is excellent. Shallow water goes out fairly far and just beyond there is a small reef with an excellent variety of fish and coral. In my four snorkeling dives there I met up with turtles varying in size from small to quite large. Can't imagine a better place to swim and snorkel. JADS dive shop is also right next to baby beach and they tended to our scuba and snorkelling needs a little north of the location. Would certainly recommend their services for scuba/snorkeling. Overall, a great trip to the quiet part of the Island.

Buyer Beware - No air conditioning in main house and intermittent water!

The property listing indicates Air Conditioning, but the only rooms that have A/C are the 3 bedrooms. The rest of the house stays around 90 degrees and is miserable. There was no water in the master bath and the water cut off to the entire house for a period of time. The owner offered no solution for the heat and could not tell us if the water would stay on, so we indicated we would likely have to leave since we were limited to being in the bedrooms only. The host said the owners understood and they would call us the following day regarding a refund amount, and proceed with finding another place, so we booked another place. The owner has not provided a refund and has not communicated with us since that day .

We believe that this single, negative review will not affect our impeccable standing and we encourage our future guests to read the 5 star reviews that truly reflect the amazing times other visitors have experienced in our home. Our listing clearly stated that all bedrooms were equipped with powerful air conditioning units. All other indoor and outdoor living spaces take advantage of constant trade wind breezes and don’t require additional air conditioning, all our previous guests attested to that. To address the comfort of our future guests we have installed an additional powerful AC unit in the main living area. In reply to the reviewer’s concerns: although rare -- water and electricity outages do happen in Aruba but those events are obviously out of our control. The refund option to the traveler was never presented. Despite our offers to provide additional cooling solutions it was solely the traveller’s decision to seek alternative accommodation. We strive to maintain an open, honest, and extensive communication between owners, house crew, property managers, and our visitors. Amazing stay in a beautiful home overlooking Baby Beach

I cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful home overlooking Baby Beach. My husband and I rented for a week with close friends and loved both the home and it's location. We only wished we could have stayed longer. We thought the owners must be artists as the garden layout, chandeliers in the kitchen and above the long outside table are beautiful. There is a large outdoor space for lounging, having meals together or just playing games and reading while looking at the garden and ocean. We enjoyed seeing hummingbirds, Bananaquit, mockingbirds and sandpipers in the backyard which is shaded by a flowering tree and terrace. The house is comfortable, and has amazing views of the ocean from the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms had lots of storage space and the beds were comfortable. My friends who had only stayed in the resort area of Aruba previously were happily surprised by the excellent local restaurants, uncrowded beaches and walks to a natural bridge and other local beaches. We especially enjoyed dining out at the O'Neil Caribbean Kitchen and Kamini's kitchen. Enrique, the property manager met us at the home and patiently explained everything-including how to work the gas grill as neither of us had barbequed previously. He answered all our questions and was available throughout our stay in case we had any questions.

Wonderful home, incredible affordable Aruban getaway!! :)

Good evening, Gosia!!We really enjoyed our time in Aruba and we loved our stay in your home. We had read about how different the island was depending on where you were. At first the starkness of the more desert-like end was still surprising but by the end we loved our journey winding through the vacant part of Seroe Colorado, ending up in our quiet little community. The other end of the island was more tropical but also more congested. The house, literally, had every single thing someone would need for a week’s stay... Comfy beds and great water pressure included. ;) Baby Beach and Rogers Beach are literally within a short walk or drive around the corner. Our favorite restaurant on our end was Flying Fishbone. The service was great, the setting incredible and the food was delicious. Martha, our island contact during our stay, was a treasure and she was so very helpful. This was our first time outside the US, excluding cruises. Having her as a contact and knowing she was just a few streets over was very reassuring. She brought us breakfast treats… English muffins, jam and butter. It may have been the setting and eating them in Aruba, but we thought they were unusually delicious. The local cell phone you provided was very handy for reservation calls… and a distress call to our Jeep company when it broke down. Being able to call the US on the house phone was great too. Also having the TV with national channels allowed us to keep up with current events at home during this election cycle, which was nice. I can’t really think of anything you could do to improve stays for your guests. We used the grill one night and ate outside. All the beach towels and beach equipment you provided was awesome. We literally had every beach item we needed. I was surprised you even provided laundry detergent for washing beach towels, clothes, etc. I’m convinced I need some clothes line to hang dry my laundry at home now. The people on the island were all very friendly. I worried about the money conversion but every place we shopped provided the conversion amount for you. We were never once approached or made to feel pressured to buy items from street vendors, etc like on past visits to Caribbean islands. They had every type of international cuisine on the island and some home town favs like Wendy's/Subway for when you wanted something familiar. Island driving was easy! We loved our Baby Beach Home!! Another lovely week at Baby Beach

We are return visitors to this property. Well maintained and equipped. Beautiful tropical garden. Property manager Enrique was very helpful and responsive. Easy COVID testing in Sint Nicolaas ( hope this won’t be a long term consideration) . Hope to visit again,

Amazing time at Sero Colorado

Just came back from an awesome vacation at Sero Colorado. The property was lovely and Enrique ensured that we had everything we needed. Location was perfect with a short walk to Baby Beach. We stayed on property for most of time in Aruba. We hired Chef Vincent to cook us two dinners on the property which was one on the highlights of the trip. Gola was great to work with and maintains the property perfectly with beautiful trees and flowers throughout the property. We will definitely be back!

Breathtaking views. Amazing experience.

We absolutely loved staying at your home. Absolutely beautiful, clean, and perfect size. We loved the outdoor areas and being able to see the ocean from everywhere. Enrique was awesome and very helpful. 5 minute walk to the beach. Can't beat it. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of town. We will be back!

Best place to stay

We have been to Aruba 5 times, and this is our favorite spot by far! The house is spacious and comfortable, but we spent all of our time birdwatching in the garden. Baby Beach and Rodgers Beach are a short stroll, bike ride, or drive. The homeowners are very attentive. We can’t wait to visit again.

A Little Slice of Paradise

Just returned from a week at this property and it was absolutely amazing! Our stay at the house was very comfortable, utterly relaxing and it's hard to describe how lovely it is to sit on the covered terrace amongst giant agave and aloe plants, watch humming birds feed on the flowering trees, and overlook the vibrant blue sea...it is literally a slice of paradise. I had never been to Aruba, so I had no idea what to expect. This house is literally at the opposite end of the island from all of the hustle and bustle of the "resort" area. You will enjoy quiet nights, no traffic, and a quick bike ride or 2 minute drive to Baby Beach or any of the other beaches that are literally right at your doorstep. And if you want to go to the resort area (which you won't because Seroe Colorado is so quaint and unspoiled) it is only an easy 25 minute drive down the road. We went to the larger grocery stores on the resort end and it was a quick and easy trip. The house has everything you could need. We cooked most of our meals and ate on the terrace as the sun set every evening. There are beach towels and chairs...a cooler....ice maker....all that you need for a day at Baby Beach. The rooms have superb AC (and I like to sleep in a cold room) and during the day, the trade winds give a nice breeze through the open windows. Members of my family stayed nearby at a "fancier" house with a pool, but this house has a HUGE amount of charm and warmth. And it is obvious that the owners and the caretaker love the property and maintain the gorgeous trees and plants with love and care. I can't recommend this property enough and would definitely return for another visit. 5 stars all around!
