Nous louons un appartement avec vue sur la mer et sur le meilleur emplacement de l'île. Si vous cherchez à vous échapper du tumulte des hôtels, notre maison est le meilleur choix. Ocean view apartment B est l'un de nos deux appartements avec vue sur l'océan pour les couples. Appartement B est le plus grand appartement pour les couples que nous avons dans la maison. Cuisine spacieuse et entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et cafetière avec filtres à café, salle de bains avec douche spacieuse, salle de séjour avec hamac confortable pour votre détente et chambre climatisée avec vue sur l'océan. Appartement B a également une terrasse avec barbecue et confortable assis avec parasol et chaises longues.

BEACH WHITE VILLA ARUBA est située en face de 3 plages, au sommet du quartier résidentiel le plus prestigieux d’Aruba, Arashi. Google maps: Catalina Cove
L'emplacement est par les plus belles plages qui sont Boca Catalina, Catalina Cove
(qui est la meilleure zone de plongée en apnée sur aruba) et la plage d'Arashi a une eau cristalline et du sable blanc. Notre maison est située à 5 km des hôtels de grande hauteur qui constituent la région avec toutes les attractions touristiques, nous sommes donc au calme. L’un des sites de plongée les plus populaires, le navire Antilla Wreck, est visible depuis la maison. Notre maison se trouve également à environ 1,5 km de la planche à voile, du kite-surf et de différents types de sports nautiques. En outre, les premiers casinos sont situés à environ 1,5 km de la maison.
La résidence privée au 3ème étage est (170 m2 = 1. 550 sq. Ft.) Il a une entrée séparée, une grande cuisine, 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain, une immense terrasse, entièrement meublé, climatisation et une télévision à écran plat dans chaque pièce . Un magnifique patio pouvant être utilisé pour le barbecue, les repas et même la douche offre une vue magnifique sur les zones de divertissement et les plages de l'hôtel.

Interesting….

The location was fabulous. The unit was clean however my towel was full of filthy stains which I did exchange for a cleaner one. The staff was responsive to our needs and quickly replaced a flickering fluorescent bulb in the kitchen. The kitchen supplies were old and can opener was very rusty. The unit was unique in that while the bedroom could be locked, the rest of the unit including kitchen, dining area and bathroom, were completely accessible from anyone on the outside. While I did get used to it I never completely felt safe..I did enjoy the beautiful view from my terrace and looked forward to having my breakfast while enjoying the site of the ocean. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Excellent place to stay!

The location was perfect—right by the best snorkeling beach on the island! And Asashi beach was just a quick walk down the street as well with the Beach Shack. 👍 Veronica communicated so well—we had everything we needed. The place was open and we loved that—and air conditioning in the bedroom was wonderful and a necessity! We will come back!!

2nd stay and we will be back

We really enjoy snorkeling and this is the perfect location for that. This is our 2nd time staying here, the first time was with a group and we were on the top floor in the 4 bedroom unit. This time it was just the 2 of us so we were in unit B, a one bedroom. You hear one bedroom and you think small, well don't think that. There was a huge kitchen, a large dining and living area, and a massive bedroom. Way more space than we needed, but certainly nice for spreading out. For example, there was a couch in the living area and another one in the bedroom. We also had a fabulous view of the water. We will be back.

Great location & views

Beach was across the street and loved having coffee on our deck looking out onto the turquiose water. Def need a car for this location. Older home with tons of charm. No one ever used the pool, but us, so that was a bonus!

BEAUTIFUL FUN SPOT

What a great place!! The home was fun and had everything you need. My only tiniest peeve was that we had to rent the beach chairs. Most other rentals have chairs and cooler provided. That was not a deal breaker for us we would consider staying here again because of the location and gorgeous home.

Beach White Villa Apartment A

We loved our stay in Apartment A. The air conditioned bedroom, sitting and bathroom area were spacious and nicely furnished. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen and patio area with a great breeze way to the other side of the building. It was a great place to sit in the hammock and enjoy the breeze.

Beautiful area

Lovely island atmosphere. I would love to know the history of the house. Old world Aruban. View is beautiful. Grounds could have been more manicured. Right across the street from a perfect beach area. Overall I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for Snorkeling Trip

Excellent apartment, property, and hosts. Everything was as described and the location across the street from Boca Catalina Beach was wonderful (fun snorkeling). The private outdoor area 2 person hammock and loungers pointing at the ocean were a treat. The bed was comfortable, a/c in main room/bedroom was great. You can quickly walk up to Arashi Beach and theres a decent casual eatery there. One thing to note is that you have to walk across the private covered patio to get to the kitchen and bathroom so sometimes you have to plan ahead to cover up. Saw turtles early day at Tres Trapi Beach, had sunset dinner at Italian place at base of California Lighthouse. A great spot indeed. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Clean, safe, fulfilled our needs

Here for my sister's wedding. Clean, large, historic space that was a little bit of a funky but fun layout. Easy access to beach. Parking always available. Full kitchen. Wifi signal sufficient to work, play youtube video movies, browse for things to do. Host very responsive to a couple small requests/issues. Only cons were the linens. Could have used newer, softer bath and beach towels. Would stay here again if we visit! Thanks Veronika!

You will not be disappointed!!!

This place was better than we expected!!! Such a unique experience and we would definitely stay again. Liked it better than our double the price resort. The description does not lie about being across the street from one of the most amazing snorkel experiences we’ve ever had. It did not come with toiletries or coffee, but It wasn’t a problem since we brought our own. And viola was very quick with responses when we did need something. We loved sitting in the lounge chairs up on the patio area overlooking the beach area. Thanks for a great stay.

Very nice place located across from Boca Catalina Beach. Walking distance from Arisha Beach. I prefer quieter locations . This fit that description.Aruba is more touristy than I am used to but this place made the vacation work out. Being able to walk across the street and get into the water was very convenient. Very happy with Apt B. and the location on Aruba. Snorkeling was better than expected, and right in the front "yard". Arisha has a nice reef on right end of beach towards lighthouse about 1000' feet off shore . Highly recommend. Had an excellent experience renting from Tropic Car Rental. Barefoot restaurant was excellent.

Great vacation at a great location

We satyed at Apt B for 10 days and loved it! Thw view from our patio was amazing! We usually travel and do all Inclusive vacations, but this time we decided to do an apartment instead. This was a great choice for us because we are total beach people, just relaxing and snorkeling is our thing. The beach across the street was rocky, but beautiful for snorkeling! If you like more sandy beach you can walk to the south just a little ways and walk in. Just to the north, a very short drive, is Arashi beach, very beautiful and lots of sand! We explored a lot of the beaches along the coast, our favorite was a swim over from Boca Catalina to Tres Trapi where the turtles swim. This is all within walking or swimming distances of the house, so Great Location!! There was only 1 thing that was a little different and that is that you have to walk out of the bedroom (which is air conditioned) to the outside dining room, and then to the bathroom. This is unusual but it was ok. The hosts were great, we mainly talked with Mike, who not only is very nice to talk to, but very knowledgeable about the island, so if you have questions he can probably answer them. We believe if you chose this location you will love it as we did.

Very Relaxing Stay

The bedroom, bathroom and outdoor dining areas are large and, although there aren't a lot of "bells and whistles", that's why I really liked it. They provide what is essential: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, beach towels and regular towels. If you wanted to have housekeeping, use of the washer and dryer, snorkel equipment and/or beach chairs, it was all available for a small fee but not required. The bed was super-comfortable. I loved the convenience of being able to walk to the beach. Yes, there are a lot of boats that come there to snorkel but, as another reviewer stated, there's plenty of room in the ocean! The ductless air conditioner was just what we needed to keep cool. The owner just asks that you don't go crazy using it, i.e. turn it down to freezing while you're not even in the room. I never had problems using their free wifi. The owner was always available when I needed her but definitely respects your space.

Great place to stay... Highly Recommend!!...

We are so glad we found this place... the home is beautiful and the location is excellent!!... Everything about our vacation was wonderful and staying here was an absolute joy. Viola and her family are outstanding hosts and Veronika was so nice as well. They are around if you need them but just do their thing and give you complete privacy if that's what you want... I had a few questions about snorkeling and their son was so helpful in answering them and offering advice, very nice gentleman. They have beach chairs to rent and also snorkeling gear, they even offered to help us find a rental car when we booked but already had that taken care of when we booked our flights... If you like snorkeling / beaching it then this is the best location (Catalina Cove) on the island and it's obvious because all of the snorkel tours bring their people to the spot that we walk across the street to get to for free!!... Arashi beach is about 300 meters away and easily walked to....There are TONS of fish in there to see and was one of the highlights of our vacation. It was so nice to grill out on the patio and dine at the table overlooking the sea just across the street and watch the sunset, we would sit there having drinks until bedtime and just watch the stars and listen to the gentle island breeze tickling the palm trees...
