Recently renovated and beautifully finished to create a space you'll want to spend time in with family and friends. Quick and easy access to everything Boulder and surrounding areas have to offer. High-speed reliable internet makes it super easy to work from home. Enjoy your favorite news programs, sports games or television shows with an upgraded DIRECTV cable package, and easily stream all other services or listen to podcasts and music playlists through powerful SONOS speakers.
Kitchen features a skylight, quartz countertops, large under-mount sink with garbage disposal, bottom freezer fridge with ice maker, KitchenAid gas range and built-in oven. Great for those who enjoy cooking with all the tools that every home chef needs.
Hardwood floors and tile throughout (no carpet), whole house water filtration system, full-sized washer/dryer, dual-flush chair-height toilets, large energy efficient-windows, on-demand hot water heater, new furnace and AC with MERV 11 filter to help maintain indoor air quality and protect against allergens.
Two living rooms each with a large wall-mounted TV and relaxed lounging on a nice mix of comfortable leather sofas and chairs, super soft pillows and throw blankets, dimmable overhead lighting, floor and table lamps to create your preferred ambiance.
The rear living room has south-facing windows that look out to the back yard and open space. It has a dining table that doubles in size to seat 10+ guests, and another 4-person dining table off the kitchen plus 3-stool kitchen peninsula provides ample seating to host holidays or entertain. Step out from the rear living room through a sliding glass door to the private back patio lounge with large shade umbrella and gas grill, and fully-fenced back yard.
All three bedrooms are very comfortable and bright with large windows, room-darkening shades and curtains, new queen-sized beds, 100% cotton hotel-quality linens, a plethora of premium goose-down feather comforters and pillows, down-alternative options, wool and cotton blankets, customize and create the most comfortable sleeping situation for you.
The 4th bedroom is an office and houses the laundry center with new full-sized stacked LG washer/dryer. The office doubles as our guest room and is equipped with a luxury queen-sized Crate & Barrel/American Leather Comfort Sleeper sofa with a plush 80â Tempur-Pedic mattress on a platform-style pull-out bed with no bars, springs or sagging.
