NOBO 4 bedroom, spacious yard, walk to market, restaurants, trails, downtown bus
Come stay and enjoy the coveted Wonderland Lake neighborhood by Foothills Community Park, Lucky's Market, NoBo Arts District, and a quick 5 min drive or bus to downtown Pearl Street. This 4 bedroom home is perfect for families with a good sized back yard, outdoor living space, basement movie room, and quick access to playgrounds, parks and trails. All can enjoy the quick access to all of the best parts of Boulder. You can hop onto the Skip bus for a quick ride to Pearl Street, or just walk 5 min north to the NoBo neighborhood with art galleries, shops and restaurants. The trails right out the door go north to Boulder Reservoir and south to Chautauqua Park! Right here in Foothills Community park you will see colorful paragliders almost everyday enjoying the breeze and large open areas for landing. The privacy and comfort of the back yard provides a break from the bustle of a busy city, and yet, when you are ready to get back out there, you are close to it all.
We appreciated the location and responsiveness of the host. She was more than supportive and the home is lovely with a sweet backyard ideal for entertaining.
We had a wonderful stay at Sophie's place! It allowed us to visit family a few blocks away, and enjoy morning mountain walks, and do a lot of cozy cooking. Sophie was great to communicate with, the house had such a lovely feel and worked very well for six of us over Thanksgiving. We hope to stay here again!
In town for a art show and friends reunion. House was only 3 miles from events. Still made it to Pearl st. Very nice home in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommend this place.
We stayed for parents weekend for CU. The location was convenient and the house is very nice and clean. 3 beds gave us mattress options. Book with confidence.
We had a wonderful time and everything was excellent. The house was equipped for everything. They supplied us anything we needed for our week. Communication was excellent. If you need a comfortable place to stay in Boulder I highly suggest this home. Sadly it was my wifeâs last year of banking school but we may plan to be back and stay here again.
We had a really good experience with this north Boulder rental. The location was terrific -- very easy to get downtown but also to drive up to Nederland, Rocky Mtn National Park and Estes Park. We went back & forth quite a bit to see friends in Longmont and it was a very easy drive. The house was clean, the bedrooms were large and the back patio was great for enjoying morning coffee. We used the washer & dryer since we were on a lengthy trip. The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely stocked with necessities like soap, garbage bags, etc. The host was extremely responsive.
The only two things that were a little off were that the A/C had to be turned down quite a bit in order to keep the 2nd floor cool -- and that meant that the basement level was very cold. The other thing was that the microwave was in the basement, which was a little inconvenient.
Overall - a great stay. I've rented lots of VRBO's and was not disappointed with this one.
The house worked great for us. The 4 sleeping areas were perfect, having an outdoor seating area was great, and the location worked super well to get to all the activities we were participating in at the University. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
This was a wonderful, comfortable home for 2 families. Plenty of places to sleep, close to Pearl Street and a 40 minute drive to Eldora. Great place to stay!
