This home is pet-friendly with a $200 Non-refundable pet fee. You and your guest will enjoy sitting on the deck watching sunrises and sunsets while drinking your favorite beverage. This home welcomes you to a spacious, open living room/ kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics, even a crockpot, making meal-prepping easy. You and your guests can gather around the eating bar area and dining table to enjoy meals together. The comfy furniture in the living room provides the perfect seating area for talking and watching your favorite streaming movies and shows. You can connect to the WiFi by entering the username and password provided for you. The primary bedroom has a king, a twin, and you will enjoy the attached bathroom. Bedroom one will have a queen and twin/twin bunk. Bedroom two will have a queen and a twin bed.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:

1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom

There will be a bath towel set for each guest
Full Baths will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, trial-size hand soap, beauty bar, shampoo, and conditioner
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your guest guide for instructions on your home, beach rentals and things to do on the Peninsula.. All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
