The space
The house has beautiful luxury vinyl plank floors in all areas of the home. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped for any cooking you may want to do during your stay. This home has been completely renovated from the flooring to the bathrooms! Additionally, a new HVAC system will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

AMENITIES: bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and conditioner are all on hand for your use as well as all the other usual amenities you would anticipate having in a hotel.

A Washer/Dryer (powdered laundry detergent is available).

⋇Free WiFi internet, Netflix & Amazon Prime (all TVs), Antenna with basic channels (living area), microwave, and a drip pot coffee maker is supplied with coffee. Additionally, various teas, sugar, and powdered creamer are provided when available!
Guest access
As my guest, you have access to all areas of the home! Please note that the backyard is shared - please be mindful of guests in Unit A that may also have pets. You should not leave your pet(s) unattended at any time. Thank you.

⋇For check out, you must take out your own trash and wash and put away any dishes you used during your stay. You can purchase and bring throw-away paper goods/utensils if you don't want to wash dishes.
