L'emplacement est la clé! Ceci est une unité de location familiale directement sur la promenade et le 19e. Les clients adorent l'emplacement au 19e rue et la promenade. À quelques pas de la plage. Wifi gratuit ajouté!

Veuillez ne pas demander de séjour si vous êtes un groupe d'amis. Aucun groupe secondaire ou collégial - location familiale seulement.

8 couchages. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, cuisine, salon et grand porche avec vue sur l'océan. Vous devez apporter vos propres draps et produits en papier. Les produits de nettoyage sont dans le condo pour la cuisine et la salle de bain.

Vous devez nettoyer le condo en partant. Les clients doivent nettoyer pour les locataires suivants car nous n'avons pas de service de nettoyage. Il s'agit d'un condo familial privé, nous prenons donc grand soin de le garder propre chaque année.

Interdiction de fumer, animaux ou mineurs autorisés.

Les règles sur les condos ne permettront pas la location aux étudiants du collège ou du secondaire.

Les clés vous seront envoyées après le paiement final 1 à 2 semaines avant votre séjour. Contactez-moi avec des questions sur les semaines disponibles, les longs week-ends possibles, les prix en basse saison, le nettoyage, etc.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, we came to OC for the Country Calling festival. We liked that the condo was away from the chaos and we slept well. Beautiful ocean view!!

Memories

We couldn't ask for a more convenient condo to stay in. Directly on the quiet end of the boardwalk. Comfortable beds. Condo stocked with most of what you would use at your own home. There was 8 of us, all adults, and had enough room to maneuver around without being on top of each other. Highly recommend!!!

OC Stay - video

The stay would of gotten a 5/5 rating, but I realized after we came home that the 2 Amazon echo's that are in the condo seemed great to have, but the property manager had capabilities of watching us through a camera and listening through these devices. They are controlled through an APP and there is a video feature. They should not be allowed in any VRBO - I am worried the property manager was watching and listening to us without our knowledge. I will not stay at this property again because of this reason.

Wow….a 2 star for modernizing the condo by having 2 echo show 8’s for the renters. She infers that the property manager is watching & listening to guests through a camera, which is false. It is not set up with an app to watch or listen in. She is angry because she was charged to replace one of the echo show 8s that she stole! I emailed her to return it and she never did! She claimed that her “mom thought it was part of our baby monitor and packed it.” However she said those renting the condo “would just be myself, my husband and our daughter.” Before she was charged for the missing echo she wrote “We love your place, we will definitely be booking in the future!”.

LOVED THIS PLACE!!

We took four teenage kids plus the two of us on this trip. There was plenty of room. The condo could not be in a better location as it is right off the quieter part of the boardwalk and RIGHT OFF the beach. It was about a 2 mile walk that took us about 30 minutes to get all the way down to the end of the boardwalk which was lined with restaurants and shops all the way down and we had plenty of dining options and things to do that didn’t even require a car. There is a bike rental place right around the corner and several diners off of the roads behind the condo. Phillips crab house was also right around the corner!! There are several mini golf places, mini marts and beer and wine shops within walking distance off the road as well. Condo had a ton of stuff in it such as extra cleaning supplies, dishes, plates and pots and pans. We didn’t even really miss not having a dishwasher. Absolutely loved sitting on the porch every morning and evening. It was a super hot week but the window units kept everything cool and as long as we didn’t have all four of them on at once (shut the living room one off at night) the breaker didn’t trip LOL! I can’t say enough about how much I loved this condo. The only complaint I have (and there really isn’t anything the owner can do about it) is that there is only one parking space and we needed two cars. It was a little challenging to find a parking spot near the condo and I ended up parking in front of the Sahara motel off of the main street but my car was perfectly safe the entire time. Bill answered all my questions in a timely manner and the whole process was super easy. Cleaning up was a breeze before we checked out because there was everything we could possibly need !! I highly recommend this place!! I’m pretty sure my kids will be begging me to go back next year because they had so much fun and there was so much to do within walking distance.

I have upgraded the electrical box, so the A/C units are on two separate circuits. There will no longer be a problem with tripping a breaker. Every year I listen to my renters and fix any problems.

Vacation 2022

The property is the best we have ever rented in Ocean City. The balcony views were spectacular, and it was the perfect location for our family. The rental included much more than we anticipated! Great place to stay and we will definitely check the availability for our next trip to Ocean City.

Girls Trip

This condo was perfect for the four of us ladies. The location was absolutely beautiful. Right on the boardwalk steps to the beach. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sun come up and our adult beverages watching the sun go down. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything that we needed to cook with. We all agreed that this is the place we hope to return to for our annual trip.

Would stay again in a heartbeat

The owner is friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is amazing, not too far from everything but far enough not to be distributed. The condo was clean and cozy. Just the right amount of space that we weren't on top of each other. Thank you Bill for sharing your little bit o heaven. We are hoping to be able to visit again next year.

A Diamond On the Sand

This property exceeded every single expectation we had for our trip to Ocean City, The Unit was clean and well-appointed. there was ample room for our group of 8, an excellent layout that affords privacy to all, the kitchen was complete and served us well, the crown jewel of this unit is its location, perfectly located on the northern end of the boardwalk, you are minutes away from the hustle of the lower boardwalk while being able to escape to the relative quiet and convenience of the northern end. it was 20 feet to the sand and only an ultra-short walk to the water's edge. the front porch is wonderful for enjoying a morning sunrise with a cup of coffee, or capping off your evening with a few beers all while the ocean crashes just feet away. The Owner Bill is easy to work with and very responsive to issues. for us, this was truly a 10/10 vacation location and would be delighted to stay again in the coming years

Last minute trip

The property was very well maintained and decorated. Absolutely loved sitting out on the porch in the morning drinking my coffee and watching the sunrise . Probably won’t go back in June because of the seniors (school seniors). Location was perfect!

Great for families with young children!

We had a great OCMD vacation. Drank coffee on the porch and walked right across the boardwalk to the beach...no shoes necessary! Clean, everything we needed right at our fingertips. Kids didn't want to leave. We will be returning!

Fabulous vacation spot

I have been going to OC, MD for 40+ years and love it there. It has so much to offer: beach, ocean, great restaurants and bars, live music, and lots of activities for kids. The location of Bill's condo is perfect! It is right on the boardwalk where the stores begin, but is not quite in the crazy, crowded zone. His condo is well stocked and appointed with more amenities than one would expect for a rental property. There was lots of storage for clothes and food plus more than enough hooks for hanging towels. The beds were comfy, he had lots of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything you need to make any meal. Best of all is the front porch overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean. He has two high top tables and 8 chairs that were the perfect height for a great view. Bill was helpful and gracious. I will most definitely return. Thanks for a great vacation spot!

Location, Location, Location

Clearly, that's the right location on 19th and boardwalk. It's a simple condo but comfortable and clean. It was spacious enough for the 6 of us, which included 3 teenagers, 2 adults and a kiddo. There is no dishwasher or washing machine (washing machine and dryer in the basement, coin operated) or Wifi (you would need to have unlimited data/use your hotspot), so if you're ok with that, you will love it. We loved being able to walk out to the beach every morning and come back for quick coffee and bites, extremely convenient. Also loved loved having immediate access to the boardwalk. That was key for our teenage boys going in and out on their own. You would think it'd be loud at night being on the boardwalk, but we couldn't hear anything! Bill was extremely responsive.

I have added free Wifi to the condo, since Rasha's stay. I listen to renter's requests to make the Ocean Beach E2 condo better every year.

My sister and me own this condo down the ocean. My parents bought it back in 1982. We bought it from our other siblings after our parents passed away. It holds a special place in our heart! I have made many renovations since I have owned the condo.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Many of the same renters have been with us for over 20 years. It has been through a hurricane which wiped out the front porch, remodeling, new plumbing and many captured ocean memories. It never gets old staying at the beach - Ocean Beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Steps lead to the boardwalk which leads to the ocean. This condo has that ocean ambiance to it. One of the few smaller condos among the high rise hotels. Everyone loves sitting on the porch. Best view !
