Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this bright, open-concept space features a modern kitchen, cozy living area with fireplace, and a private outdoor space. Walk to local favorites, enjoy quick access to downtown, and be minutes from iconic Colorado attractions.
đ The Home
This newly remodeled 672 sq ft home comfortably sleeps up to four guests and was designed specifically with travelers in mind. High ceilings and an open layout make the space feel bright and spacious despite its compact footprint.
The fully equipped kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and bar seating for four, making meals at home easy and enjoyable. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, where you'll find a cozy couch, large Smart TV, and an electric fireplaceâperfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Both bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds with inviting linens, providing a restful place to unwind. The bathroom is modern and stylish, complete with a walk-in shower and updated finishes. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the home for added convenience during longer stays.
The home does not have central air conditioning, which is common in Colorado Springs. Thanks to the mild climate, this is rarely an issue, and portable AC units are installed during warmer summer months for added comfort.
