The bedroom offers a comfortable nights rest on the comfy queen mattress and easy access to the homes full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials to make your stay feels as though you are right at home! Unwind in the living room streaming your favorite TV shows and movies on the Smart TV or if needed, there is a dedicated workspace with monitor and printer so you can work from home comfortably. Head out back to the private backyard and enjoy the evening weather around the firepit or grilling a delicious BBQ. The home also offers the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer at your disposal. -Please note that if you choose to bring a furry friend (max of TWO pets), there is pet fee of $75 PER pet that is calculated into your reservation
-Home does not have Central AC, there is a window AC unit in the home.
-This home has a Ring Doorbell Camera at the Front Entry
-Parking spot provided for one car in driveway at the side of the home.
-Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
-Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
