The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Good location in quiet neighbor hood. The house was comfortable and welcoming and fully stocked with the essentials. We were doing a job close to this address and we stayed here for a total of 12 days.

This was the first VRBO I’ve stayed at and it was an amazing experience. Check in was easy. The place was extremely clean. I would definitely be staying here again and recommending it to friends who need to stay in LA. Thank you for hosting!

We stayed here with our kids (teens) for a long weekend. We mostly only slept there, no cooking so I can’t speak to that. It was adequate to shower and sleep. We too ran into the issue of no towels that someone else mentioned but they were in the dryer. We initially were told we had to meet up to get the key but when I asked for the property address, they provided a key code. Any question we had rec’d a quick response. AC worked well. Bedding, linens and mattresses were not the highest quality but it got the job done. It was affordable, safe and had easy access to restaurants and highways. 20 mins to Universal, 15 to downtown. It worked for us. Note: Quirky outlet locations in the bedrooms! Park in the street, nonissue finding a spot.

It was a great place to stay at. Many bedrooms in a room and can definitely fit a lot of people. Price was very cheap compared to other places.

Pros: good location. Easy access comfortable beds Good communication Cons: no onsite parking as advertised it’s street parking or you could get a ticket and the street parking g you need to live your vehicle at 7 am as it’s a school area. Shampoo given was .67 oz. We were given 2 of these for 4 people for 2 days. When I asked About it they said they just give enough to get you going so not sure what they advertise shampoo. Booked for king bed- king bed was broken. They had to know about it as it was very obvious. Washer but no detergent I’ve stayed I a lot of VRBO and they normally give you at least one pod for your stay. House is old. Not that big of a deal but lots of items were broken. Glad we paid the damage fee as I’m not sure if they would’ve e tried to charge us. Gave us wrong address and had to contact to get correct one

The property manager was very kind and accommodating. The property itself is very clean, maintained, and the air conditioning was incredibly convenient. The rooms had more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Overall great stay, would definitely recommend.

We were sent the code close to 4pm to self check in, I had to message host to get exact address, but host responded quickly with the correct address. House was clean and spacious enough for our family’s 3 night getaway. Kitchen and laundry had great appliances, just no dishwasher. The bedrooms had plenty of space for all 4 of our kids to have their own beds The 2 bathrooms are small, but both showers worked well with plenty of hot water and there were enough towels for all of us.The area is quiet, fast food restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores and sit down restaurants all within a 10 minute drive.My family was happy and comfortable, I would recommend this location for your getaway.

Good option for the price

A group of us rented this vrbo for a weekend trip after a conference. We were able to fit 9 people, though it was snug and people shared beds. The check in process would have been easy if we had been given the correct address (I’m not sure if this is normal as this is my first rented vrbo). We were routed to a motel and had to call the owner to ask for the correct address. We had to buy our own laundry detergent for laundry, and had to search for the bath towels before showering (tho did find them in one of the many closets). The outdoor area was very nice, especially in the morning, though sometimes the neighbors could be overheard arguing.

The property was poorly maintained looked good in pictures has enough room for multiple people which is what I was looking for. From the moment we arrived we noticed poor sheet rock patch jobs with paint chipping, the kitchen sink was clogged and wouldn't drain...owner new about it because there was a bucket under the cabinet to catch leaking water and sheet to abbsorb it. Also the beds and couch were really worn down, and I asked the owner about a gym or fitness equipment the ad says the place had he never replied and we never saw anything of the sort. Also the ad says complimentary parking but owner said yes we can park in driveway but it way to small to park anything but a motorcycle otherwise if you block sidewalk you could get a ticket, so we parked in the street. There were other things that made the stay unsatisfactory, things that could use work...it has potential but it does need work before letting people stay. there.

This was a super cute property according to the pictures. However, the address on the property was incorrect. Had to message the host for the correct address. Also, when we arrived the kitchen was crawling with ANTS! We didn't dare to put any food on the counters because anything we set down became a magnet for them. The property looked updated but was actually very run-down, with peeling paint, cracked walls, and gaps in weatherstripping on exterior doors. This property is also listed as free parking, but if you park on the property you block the sidewalk, which is a code violation in most cities. Wifi information didn't come with the property, had to wait for a reply from the host. When we finally got the information, there was no service. We were told to turn the router off and back on again. Never worked for the length of the stay. I would avoid this property. The only saving grace was the price, which I now understand. Will not be staying here again.

The house is in a great location in Los Angeles, close to everything and very convenient. It also includes free parking, which is a big plus. The only issue we encountered was that the hair dryers were broken and should be replaced. Other than that, the price was reasonable, and our stay was comfortable. Overall, it was a good value for the money.
