PARKING: Gravel driveway (3 vehicles), ask about trailer parking, 4WD recommended in winter

NOTE: The homeowner lives within walking distance in a completely separate unit, and may be available for in person questions or issues

- NOTE: Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property
