Wake up to breathtaking Gulf views in this cozy beachfront studio at Long Beach Resort. Located in Tower 1, on the 2nd floor, this unit provides easy access to the beach, resort pools, and nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee or unwind with an evening drink from your private balcony, overlooking the emerald waters of Panama City Beach.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

From your private balcony overlooking the Gulf, relish in breathtaking sunsets and panoramic vistas. This studio deluxe condo is fully furnished with a leather loveseat, bar-top table with stools, and a 47-inch flat-screen TV. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and basic cookware. A stackable washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Bathroom: Shower only (no tub)
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

During their stay, guests may utilize the surface lot parking area only. Park directly in front of the tower that your condo is located in. You will find a parking pass in your unit upon arrival. Please return to your car with it immediately, as this pass needs to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay.

About the Community/Property:

Long Beach Resort is situated close to restaurants as well as Pier Park. This exquisite resort offers its guests 1 large lagoon pool with waterfalls, 2 heated swimming pools, multiple hot tubs, and a poolside bar & grill.

The lagoon pool and hot tub are centrally located between Towers 2 & 3. One swimming pool and hot tub are conveniently located between Towers 1 & 2. An additional swimming pool and hot tub are conveniently located between Towers 3 & 4.

No code is needed to enter pool decks (just a magnetic lock). Pool and hot tub hours are 8am-midnight. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No food or beverages are permitted within 4 feet of any pool or spa. Glass containers are not permitted anywhere on the pool decks. Please note that inclement weather (lightning within 5 miles) will lead security to lock entrances to all pools.

Beach Access: Long Beach Resort boasts of its easy beach access. The boardwalk outside your tower will take you to a walkway leading directly to the beach. Once you get to the gate, use access code provided in our Safe Travels email to gain access to the beach.

Beach Chair Rental Service: Chair rental March 1st - Oct 31st, 8am-5pm. Coastal Parasails offers owners and guests up to 25% for all water sport services they offer during the season.

The Hangout is open from 11am-5pm, daily, weather permitting. Summer hours are 11am-8pm.

Other details to note:

Guests are required to wear armbands while on the property. Wristbands and a parking pass should be in the unit (in the kitchen area).

The unit is located in Tower 1 on the 2nd floor. There are 4 towers in this complex, so make sure you go to tower 1!

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Important Notice: Please be aware that Long Beach Resort is undergoing a property-wide construction project through March 2026. While beach access will remain open throughout, booking guests should expect the following:

· Daytime work activity (Mon–Sat, 7am–5pm)
· Noise and visible construction equipment
· Temporary pool and balcony closures on a rotating schedule
· Adjusted parking
· Walkways may be rerouted
