25th Anniversary

Mu husband and I came to PCB to celebrate our 25th anniversary and needed something small and cozy and this property was perfect! We had a horrible family emergency and the owner of the property was so compassionate to our situation. The property was well maintained, the views were amazing and the bed was comfortable!We will definitely stay here again!

The stay was great! The view of ocean was awesome. The overall stay was great! My only unpleasant, The closet was full of cleaning items extra linen,blankets etc. No where to hang clothes. I was able to place items on bunk bed, since I was not using it. The pillow case was too small for pillow. The Host was great and responsive when I had to reach out

It was okay, but it needs some work

When we walked in, the room smelt musty. We contacted owner to tell him about the smell, just so they knew it was there before we got there. We turned on the ice maker and went to the beach. When we came back the floor was flooded with water. I contacted owner and was asked to pull out fridge and turn off water. I did that. When I pulled out the fridge the floor and floor was covered with mold. After contacting him he came to the resort and pulled the ice maker out completely and cleaned the mold. We were left with no ice for the entire trip. We had to spend about $20 on ice for our ice Chester since we no longer had an option for ice. It wasn’t cleaned extremely well because on the 2nd night my husband stepped on a huge piece of glass and sliced his foot open. You have to dry things 3 times before it is completely dry. The pros are that they give you several supplies in the condo that normal condos don’t have. It’s on the beach and the walk is extremely short to the shore. The property had a restaurant and bar in it.

Nice condo, avoid spring break!

This condo is beachfront with a beautiful view! It was nicely decorated in "island" style. When we first arrived the room smelled stale - almost as if someone had been smoking inside. We opened the balcony door and let the fresh air and sound of the ocean come in. That took care of that. The bed was extremely comfortable and I am picky about my bed! The pillows were great, as well. We had everything we needed. The balcony was definitely our favorite place to hang. We never turned on the TV. We just listened to the sound of the ocean and sat on the balcony and enjoyed the stars. This was supposed to be a reunion trip with my best childhood friend whose daddy just passed away at Christmas. Unfortunately, she had to have emergency surgery and I was stuck with a condo in PCB for spring break. Fortunately, my sister stepped in to keep me company. If I'd been by myself I don't know if I would have ventured to the beach much due to all the college kids. The owner was very nice to work with and, of course, my problem was beyond his control. There were a couple of negatives. The elevators were extremely slow. Being spring break, it was crowded with kids playing beer pong on the beach and at the end of the day the beach was totally trashed and smelled. The other thing, if you don't pay for their Wifi service your cell phone or Ipad wouldn't work most of the time even if you already pay for your own service. I also felt the shower could've been a bit cleaner and there seemed to be a sour smell, but you are at the beach and I know it is difficult with all the sand and moisture. All in all, this was a nice condo for 2. I think you'd be crowded with the kids even though there is a set of bunk beds. I would stay there again, just not at spring break. Oh, and H2O makes pretty good coconut shrimp. Also, try Pineapple Willie's and Margaritaville!

Loved this condo last year and again this year!! Probably will love it for years to come. Love the short beach where I dont have to struggke acriss a long stretch of sand to get to the ocean. The facility is so clean with people constantly cleaning. The bar & grill, market, & starbucks are so nice to have on site!Lyle is always quick to respond when I text!

We loved the beachfront access, the pools were gorgeous, and hot tub was great. The room was nice. It is small but it was exactly as the add and pictures stated. We did enjoy the onsite restaurant and bar, although it was expensive. I would book again.

Lyle is so fast to respond and the unit is priced well. The view is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, I would not stay at the Majestic again. There are not enough elevators (only 4 for 23 floors) and one was down the entire week. It took an hour to get an elevator when we arrived and they were a nightmare the whole week! Also, the unit wasn't very clean. We had to wipe crumbs off the fridge, vacuum, and I even mopped the floors when we got there and they were dirty. Only one hand towel, and the bathroom towels were rough. Nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable bed.

Parking wasn't good with the parking garage and the walking from the garage to the condo. The elevators stayed busy when trying to get back and forth with long wait times.

Nice little condo

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Nice view from balcony. The complex is nice and never waited more than 5 minutes for an elevator. The reserved spot is fantastic. Right by the entrance on 3rd floor that has the bridge to the building.very nice place
