Studio à Long Beach !! Tour 3 sur la piscine polynésienne !!

Du 21/10 au 21/12, le Lagoon Pool et le East Polynesian Pool seront fermés pour maintenance. La piscine ouest, située entre les tours 3 et 4, restera ouverte.

Seul studio de la tour 3, cette unité surplombe la piscine polynésienne ainsi que le magnifique golfe! Cette unité dispose également d'un lit king-size et d'un lit pliant double pour le kiddo afin qu'il puisse dormir confortablement 2-3, le coin bar dispose d'un micro-ondes, d'un évier et d'un petit réfrigérateur et il y a aussi une grande télévision à écran plat. Nous venons d'ajouter des rideaux assombrissants à cette unité. La salle de bain offre un dressing séparé avec double vasque et un combo baignoire / douche dans la salle de bain. et la buanderie avec une laveuse / sécheuse côte à côte pleine grandeur est séparée de la zone de couchage, donc elle offre beaucoup d'espace pour garder vos articles de plage.

Cette unité est idéale pour les escapades de dernière minute, un week-end romantique ou des vacances d'été !! Et les tarifs sont géniaux !!

Just as pictured. Very nice!The sliding glass door would not shut. Owners were there next door. I introduced myself and showed them the door. The bed was not comfortable.

Quick getaway

This condo is perfect for a quick getaway! It was clean and suited our needs! Renting was easy through VRBO and Kim’s condo. I would stay again, but Long Beach Resort has been one of my all time favorites to stay.

Back to school beach trip

Enjoyed the beach & pool was awesome . As for the room it was large for a studio however we expected an oven to cook some dinner but no oven in room. Could use a few more hand towels and bath towels but overall we would go back we had fun

Nice Condo

Condo was nice and clean. Location was great. We had an issue with the balcony door, it took both of us to open and close it. Blinds also did not work so we had to leave them open. We also did not realize we were sharing the washer/dryer, so do NOT leave clothes. Bed was comfy and shower was great, which is all we really needed.

the Blinds were Falling off the guide the were attached too , the Sliding door would not shut and lock there were TWO front doors that was akward to have to deal with key pad locks. Both sinks dripped We LOVE long beach and it is OUR fault for renting a ONE bed room. but never again I really want to buy one in the future possibly. the pool was Clean and we had a good time

I have loved most stays I’ve had with VRBO but this one was below subpar!!!! Small black hairs all over the sheets, we had to wash all of the bedding. the shower curtain liner looked as though it was last updated in 1999. There was rust on the shower curtain from the hooks. The door lock was extremely unsafe and cold easily be broken into, the door moved with each code number entered. No TV streaming, guys cable is not appropriate anymore! We stayed out of the room as much as possible! It was a learning experience for sure! Kim’s condos will not get my business again. Luckily the weather was beautiful, the food was good and we had a great time.

Birthday Getaway

This is the perfect studio condo for two adults. Exactly as pictured! Clean, great beach area. Pools looked nice although we stayed at the beach our entire stay. One minor complaint is both sets of blinds have a panel missing on each one. Didn't bother us but if you like pitch black when you sleep, it did let some light in. And one suggestion is a small table is needed to go on the balcony with the chairs. Also, when opening balcony door, blinds & black out curtain were easily snatched out by the wind, just be cautious. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Great room

I have stayed at Long Beach Resort before, but usually in an apartment with my children. I stayed 4 nights by myself, so the room was perfect for me. There were plenty of towels. I did not do any cooking, so not having a stove/oven was no problem for me. there is a full size washer/dryer, but I did not use them. The mini fridge was a bigger size than a normal mini fridge in most hotels. The room was clean, good bed, view from the balcony was great. It looked exactly like the picture shows on the site. I felt safe as there were two doors to enter to the room. Once you memorize the codes no problem at all. No key cards to worry about. Great customer service as well. They answered the phone almost immediately and helped me out. Well definitely stay there again.

Bad time

Checked in, it was hot in room. Called and they said they would send someone out to fix it. Came back 2 hours later and it was 80 in the room. Called again and they said they could not fix it that day. It would be sometime the next day. I asked them to move us to another unit or location and they said they did not have anything. It was so hot in the unit and they did not seem to care. They told me I could look for another place with no assistance from them. It was around 7:00 that night before I was able to secure another location. Then the talk began about getting a refund. They started saying that I would not get back the full amount. I argued that fact that this was not my fault and after a long discussion, I did get a full refund. I will not go back.

Disappointing

I was not pleased with the "condo". It was more like a motel room. When I called Kim's Condo's because I wanted to change to another condo, first, I was told there was nothing available. Then I got a call back saying that an owner of another condo was willing to let me stay there but it was going to cost me another $1,200.00! When I looked up the condo that she told me about, the difference was only $500.00. So, I told her that. She said that I had to pay all the extra fees again that I already paid! That was absolutely ridiculous! The blinds had several missing and would not close completely so our "condo" was never completely dark and the curtains had a hair clip on them to keep them closed to try and keep the light out! Plus, we were on the 13 floor and for several days there were elevator problems. On the last day neither elevator was working. So, we had to go up and down 13 floors several times to get our luggage and it was very hot and humid! My mother had to do it at age 79! There were also signs in the "condo" that stated to wash towels with the detergent and bleach that was provided before we leave. There was no bleach provided! Also, the sign stated to start the dishwasher before you leave. Needless to say, we did not have a dishwasher. The whole place was very disappointing!

Thank you for your review, however to clarify things, this renter chose this unit when she booked directly thru vrbo online, the pictures on vrbo clearly show the room set up. It also states in the description that this is a studio unit, it has a king bed, a kitchenette area and a separate bathroom with a vanity/dressing area, all of which are clearly pictured in the listing. And she did call wanting to move, we had nothing else available in a traditional one bedroom for her dates. Later that same day, I had an owner who was coming into his 2 bdr/2 bath unit who had to cancel his stay, which opened up his unit. I called the renter and offered that to her. A 2 bdr/2bath, 1400 sq foot unit is most certainly going to cost more than a 450 sq foot studio unit. When I told her how to view it online to give her the opportunity to see that unit, it does not allow bookings for same day arrival which is where the major difference in the amounts were, I was quoting her moving the same day. And yes, this particular stay was during one of the busiest summer weeks and there were some elevator issues, Long Beach will be undergoing a major elevator upgrade starting in September 2023.

Nice weekend getaway. Clean room

Very comfortable and cozy. Only problem was 1. Only one wash cloth and 2. We rented a slingshot to drive around pcb and wasn’t told upfront that we couldn’t park it on the property and the guard wouldn’t even let me drive to front door to drop my wife off. So I had to leave it unattended in a lot in front of resort not secured. It needs to be told to future rentals that if you rent a golf cart, slingshot etc you can’t park on premises

Good for just a weekend

The place is nice enough for just the weekend. I wouldn’t recommend staying there an entire week. The bed isn’t very soft, it definitely needs upgraded. There isn’t much decorations. It’s very plain. So just a weekend would be perfect.

Room was not clean and the owner offered to do very little to accommodate.

The door had a sticker on it that said "Cleaned for your protection ". The floor was so dirty that our bare feet were black from walking on them a couple of times, there was sand in the bathtub. After contacting the owner she had them mop the floor, and said she would refund our cleaning fee, which she only did after I contacted her again to ask her why I hadn't received it back into my account.

I did send the cleaner back up once you let me know, as far as accommodating you I feel we accommodated you to the best of our ability, there's not much more I can do than send the cleaner back up and refund your cleaning fee, which was refunded back to your card within 2 business days after you checked out.
