The Community offers lake and beach access during the summer months. There's an indoor heated pool (open year round, except Tuesday) plus an outdoor pool for your use (closed at Labor Day and opens on Memorial day). The community center is open daily and includes a bar & grill, indoor game room at the community center, playground, volleyball court and tennis court. You can rent a boat or bring your own and go fishing. There's a $10 boat registration fee for your own boat and there are no gas motors allowed, electric only. All fishing in PA requires a fishing license which costs about $30 and is easily attained by visiting the PA Fish & Boat Commission website. There are plenty of bass and other fish. Catch and release only.

â ïž If you are to purchase amenity passes, kindly note that the indoor pool will be temporarily closed from July 14th through July 31st, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance. However, all other community amenitiesâincluding the outdoor pool âwill remain fully accessible during your stay.
âNote that we have window AC units installed in the bedrooms with the king and queen beds. The bedroom with the bunk bed is equipped with a wall-mounted fan (No AC). We have an extra floor fan in the storage area for your convenience, should you need it. Mini-split units are located on both main floors and can be adjusted using the provided remote controls.
â Don't leave fire pit unattended and fully extinguish when finished. Note that firewood is not provided.
â Don't remove/disconnect smoke detectors or carbon monoxide devices
â Setting off any fireworks is strictly prohibited and illegal
â Badges must be purchased and in your possession while using any amenities and all vehicles must display the association issued identification
â Speed limit in the community is 25mph
â Any Rules broken can result in a fine at the guests expense.

ELA fishing permits can be purchased at the Administration Office or the Community Center. Please have your fishing permit, as well as your amenities pass on you while enjoying our lakes.
