Additionally, there is a seasonal (May - September) Shuttle to take Guests to the Beach and the popular Barefoot Landing, which has some of the best shops and restaurants around.

The non-refundable Pet Fee is $150 per pet. Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed.
Please keep in mind that these homes are pet-friendly, and while we make every effort to keep them spotless and minimize pet hair for your comfort, we may occasionally miss it at times. We appreciate your understanding.

No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES allowed at this Property.

Parking is located in front of the Condo.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, and ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
This is not a party house.
Also required, $1000 deposit and $400 deposit per pet, if allowed. A background check will be completed as well.44.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $ 39. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
