It's well known that hot tubs are great for aching muscles, but did you know that they're also great for your mental health?

The perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or family vacation. Large private backyard complete with BBQ grill , fire pit, and hot tub. Yard games and room to run. The newest addition is a Cowboy Texas Pool with an amazing space cowboy mural. great for cooling off in those hot summer days. NOTE: HOT TUB IS NOT YET SET UP FOR THE SEASON.

The entire house Which has been professionally decorated (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc) is completely yours and 100% private.

Lake Texoma offers a plethora of activities including boat rentals, scenic cruises, and horseback riding. Undock at Denison Dam approximately 20 minutes away.

✿❀ We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles maximum. (2 in the driveway and 2 in front of the house- Please DO NOT PARK in front of neighbor's yards)

✿❀ For your safety we do have security cameras and a noise sensor near the front door. 1 camera on the garage facing the driveway. 1 camera on the back yard fence facing the back gate. 1 camera on front porch facing the front doo.r The occupancy limit of our home is 12 guests. If you are interested in using my home for such events as wedding showers, baby showers, family reunions etc...please get pre-approval prior to booking. These type of situations are considered special events by my insurance and I have to follow certain rules. There is also special rates for special events.

✿❀ Guest can access their streaming services by logging in to their own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and YouTube TV accounts. We do not provide login credentials for these services as part of your stay. If you log in to your account, please be sure to log out before checking out. All rooms have smart TV's and Mega Fast High Speed Internet. Lot's of choices for FREE streaming of your favorite movies or you can log in to your smart apps to view additional shows you might be in love with.

✿❀ This cozy home is nestled in a peaceful residential area with easy access to Highway 75, please note that you may hear typical neighborhood sounds such as passing cars, pets and crickets.

✿❀ Please note that we leave 1 bath towel and wash cloth per guest up to 8; our home is equipped with a washer and drier, laundry soap and fabric softener should you need it. Also provided in each bathroom are soft makeup removal wash clothes. Please only use these cloths for removing makeup, dirt and or grime.

✿❀ Please note in the rainy season the lawn may be a little tall...that is because we can only mow on Saturday and if we have had weeks off rain it is too muddy to mow.

✿❀ Please note the Hot Tub sits under a tree so on occasion you may find a leaf or twig or other things . Hot tub is cleaned after each guest but you can always get every tiny little red tree berry out. The hot tub has child safe clips you have to push the safety button and squeeze the sides of the clip to I clip it. It is a brand new hot tub, so not break the clips. If you do you will have to replace.
