Fishing poles and bicycles. Pool table. All bedrooms have king-size beds. Sleeps 6. Owners allow 2 non-shedding dogs up to 50 lbs. - pet fee applies - we ask for pre-approval, please.

Our property manager stops by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in and to answer any of your questions.

You are renting the entire house and will not have to share any spaces. You will let yourself into the house via an access code which we will send you a week prior to your arrival.


Villa Tranquility is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood right next to our desireable Cape Harbour Yacht Club area in SW Cape Coral - close to shopping and dining. Just up the road you will find a Publix grocery store, a Walgreens, numerous good restaurants, a delicious ice crème place, a gas station, fast food joints, and a nice park with tennis and pickleball courts. Then there is of course our beautiful Cape Harbour in walking distance with its great restaurants, the marina, a little boardwalk, bars, shops, life music and more. Driving a few minutes to the east you will be in downtown Cape Coral with even more great restaurants, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, a farmers market and more awesome parks with playgrounds and kayak rentals.

A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information for your arrival and we will arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager. During your stay, our property manager can always be reached via phone or by email.

Villa Tranquility is a boater's delight. Located just minutes away from the Gulf of America on a nice and wide canal, this spacious home offers a wonderful lanai with a big heated pool and spa, a BBQ to enjoy some great meals after a day in the pool or at the beach, a nice outdoor shower, a dock to fish off, a boat lift for your use and let's not forget: a pool table for some great entertaining and fun evenings.
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed and a smart TV.
The Villa is in walking distance to Cape Harbour with its beautiful shops and restaurants. Once a week they offer live music with some great bands and musicians. Every Saturday we have a farmer's market in downtown Cape Coral and a beautiful park with pickleball courts are just across the street.
You can rent a boat right at Cape Harbour, which they will bring to you and also pick it up again. You can of course, also just book some awesome day trips with a Captain who will show you around all our gorgeous islands and beaches or just do a Dolphin's or a Sunset Tour.
We also have a couple of bicycles in the garage. The area is very quiet, and you can drive around for miles and just enjoy the weather and the Florida lifestyle.

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during time of reservation.
In winter, our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees on your arrival. You can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.
