Discover comfort and style in our newly built townhouse. This part of the townhouse is fully separated from the basement, providing you with a peaceful and private environment. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, each bedroom includes its private bathroom, ensuring both convenience and privacy for our guests.

Kitchen - Enjoy a high-end cooking experience in our modern kitchen, which has quartz countertops and a gas cooktop. For your convenience, we provide both a Keurig Slim and a traditional coffee maker.

Balcony and backyard: Relax and dine outdoors on the patio, which features a charcoal grill and two separate seating areas. The backyard is shareable with the basement suite! We are building a fence by the end of March.
Dining Room: Seats 4 people, with wide windows that bring in natural light.

Bedrooms: Located on the second floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and a 55-inch TV, while the second bedroom offers a full-size bed and a 55-inch TV.

Keyless entry: For ease of access, the townhouse is equipped with a keyless entry system.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor for guest use.

Entertainment: Smart TVs with access to Netflix and Disney+ are available in the living area and master bedroom.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property, except for the basement suite, which is completely separate from the upper floors. We do host there as well.

Property layout :The home is spread across three levels.
You will have access to the main level, second floor, the backyard, and a private balcony exclusively for your use.

- Security Cameras: For your safety and the protection of the property, there are four outdoor security cameras:

-One faces the street on the right-hand side.
-One faces the parking area.
-Two facing the front of the property.

Please note that these cameras are only reviewed if an issue arises and are not monitored continuously to respect guest privacy.

- There is an owner's closet on the main floor that is locked and used for storing extra linens and restocking guest amenities.
