Located 4 miles away from Yamhill, 7 miles away from McMinnville, and less than 15 miles away from Dundee & Amity you have +700 wineries/ tasting rooms at your fingertips. The Space: Vino Villas Carlton is a cozy & comfortable cottage style home with the upstairs & kitchen remodeled in 2020. The state of the art kitchen includes all of the appliances and serving dishes you will need to make a beautiful meal. Downstairs you will also find a dining table for six, a relaxing front room where you can stream your favorite shows with ROKU TV. The king bedroom downstairs is next to the downstairs bath which features a claw-foot tub/ shower. Head upstairs to find the remodeled two bedrooms. The en-suite queen bedroom has a walk in shower with double sinks. The twin bedroom holds two twin beds and a desk nook for those of you that need to knock out some work. The backyard was made for entertaining. Grill on the BBQ or relax around the outdoor table all under the bistro lights. Or sit by the fire pit and roast s’mores for dessert at home. Parking is not an issue, with two cars fitting in the driveway in tandem and open parking in front of the home.
