The owners, a husband and wife who reside in Richmond VA, one a native of Charlottesville, the other a UVA grad, have incredible pride for Charlottesville. They understand the magic it creates for so many. They love all things UVa, but don't worry, there is an ounce of pretention in them. When this house went on the market, they had to have it...both for it's incredible location and what it can do to the help out their family.
