You can sleep up to twelve of your besties in one of the 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twins and a queen sleeper sofa. There are two large outside decks where you'll be WOWED by the huge Sierra Blanca mountain views. Both decks have a BBQ grill and will accommodate leisurely conversations, meals, morning coffee or evening wine or cocktails with beautiful sunsets. Let the games begin in the huge game room. This game room has a large living area, pool table, an assortment of table games, foosball table, wet bar, fireplace, 2 large screen TVs and a large raised deck with BBQ grill. Family meals are a breeze in the fully outfitted kitchen, or you'll be only 5-10 minutes from your favorite Ruidoso restaurant if cooking is not on your agenda. Staying cool during the warmer months is no effort with central a/c , but if you need a quick cool-down, you'll be just across from the perfectly heated swimming pool. Hikers can enjoy some trails right from the parking lot of the condo. The owners of this condo contribute 10% of the proceeds from rentals to "One Church", the church they attend when visiting the wonderful village of Ruidoso, NM. This condo is NOT pet friendly.
