3 chalets au bord de la rivière sur les rives du Big Deschutes. De l’autre côté de la propriété se trouve le 15e fairway du parcours de golf privé Crosswater. La propriété est accessible par la communauté de golf Crosswater, située à quelques minutes du Sunriver Lodge. De l'autre côté de la rue, dans la direction opposée, vous trouverez la communauté de Caldera Springs. Vélos de montagne et jouets aquatiques fournis.

Ce «complexe» comprend 3 unités locatives sur la propriété ainsi que la maison de vacances du propriétaire (la maison de vacances du propriétaire n'est pas disponible à la location). La location comprend trois cabines. 1) 3 chambres 1 salle de bain maison d'accueil, 2) Dortoir avec salle de bain 3) Studio cabine avec cuisine complète et salle de bain. Tous les 3 unités sont détachées et dans une cour. Dans la maison d’invités de 3 chambres, une chambre a un lit queen, les deux autres chambres ont des lits doubles. Le "dortoir" a deux lits superposés et salle de bain complète. La cabine de studio a un lit queen, salle de bain complète et une cuisine complète et salle de séjour.

La propriété se trouve sur un acre dans un parc comme cadre privé donnant sur la rivière Big Deschutes d'un côté et le 15ème fairway du parcours de golf Crosswater de l'autre.

La propriété a un accès par route privée et est adjacente à Sunriver et Caldera Springs. Avec 450 'de façade de rivière d'un côté et 450' de golf façade sur l'autre côté et votre propre quai privé, ceci est vraiment une propriété unique.

Vous serez à seulement 25 minutes de Mt Bachelor & Bend, mais avec Ski de fond ou de la raquette à quelques pas sur un sentier de parcours de golf de 7 mile et seulement 5 minutes de magasins, boutiques, et restaurants à Sunriver, vous voudrez peut-être de ne pas laisser ce petit paradis tranquille. Du poisson pour la truite brune native droit à votre porte ou à 5 minutes en voiture de Caldera Ressorts ou Sunriver pour une ronde de golf. Sur rendez-vous, vous pourrez jouer au golf sur le parcours privé de Crosswater.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and adult children stayed at this home and had a wonderful experience. The view of the Deschutes was beautiful, the pool table and foosball table with the family room setup offered a ton of fun while at the house. Communication was easy and quick for any questions we had.We would definitely stay again.

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. The house and grounds were great, and being right on the river was amazing. We were there for the 4th of July weekend, and there were a lot of people floating down the river...everyone was friendly, and it was a fun atmosphere. And it was still a very quiet and peaceful location. Overall, a great place to stay!

Sunriver get away

One of our kids was playing in lacrosse tournament in Bend, the property location made getting to the sports fields easily. The property is amazing! Incredible view and access of the river and the accommodations are very comfortable. The property owner was great to work with and responsive. We enjoyed playing pickleball, floating on the river, playing Ms Pac-Man and grilling. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful!

The home is beautiful and well stocked. It’s so comfortable and a fun spot to hang out. The property is amazing! It snowed while we were there and the river and the trees were magical. All the wildlife sightings were exciting! Private location, but close to Sunriver shops and restaurants. We adventured by hiking, seeing waterfalls and a cave visit. But we also enjoyed just being at the house, playing pool, watching the river, playing games, hot tubbing, walking the golf course (and seeing the herd of elk!). The main house is ALL yours! And 2 of the small cabins on the property are occupied by single renters. One of those is the caretaker. We only saw him once and never felt “watched”. It was actually nice knowing someone familiar with the home and property was around in case we needed anything. Highly recommend! We are already planning for a summer visit and can’t wait to stay at Leaning Pine Acres again.

Beautiful property

We were a group of 14 traveling for a lacrosse tournament. The property accommodations worked perfectly for our large group. I warned everyone to shop before they arrived as they would not want to leave. Peaceful relaxing property on the river. It was so nice after long game days to come back & relax i serenity. The owner is awesome too. It is not easy to accommodate 14 different requests and he did fantastic. My group was happy & woul rent here again hands down. Thank you for a fantastic experience. Owner cancelled the trip, did not offer refund

One week before our trip, the owner emailed stating he would be canceling our reservation. After two months of back and forth with him, VRBO, and myself he has yet to complete the second half of our payment and has now stopped communicating with all parties. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!

Nice place for very quiet people

Beautiful property and nice cabins. Appreciated the owner being flexible on check in and check out times. The one thing you should know if considering renting this place is that the owner and neighbors will keep a close eye on you during your stay. So if you like privacy and feeling like the rental is “yours” for the weekend, this might not be the place for you.

Company Weekend Away

We rented the entire compound for a for a 5-day stay with our employees. The property accommodated all 11 of us comfortably. Everyone had their own personal space, and we had excellent common spaces for our dinners together and to hang out. The location was convenient and incredibly beautiful. The Owner's were very accommodating for our large group. They were also helpful when we had trouble getting the heater to work in one unit - the problem was quickly resolved. We'd stay here again.

A sprawling gem!

The multiple buildings at Leaning Pine made housing 12 adults a piece of cake and between the river, pool & foosball tables there we're plenty of on-site entertainment options. Proximity to the Sunriver Resort, marina, bike trails, and golf courses made this an absolutely ideal location.

Perfect for our Family Reunion.

The property "compound" with multiple buildings allowed us to spread out and offered different places to gather and hangout during out stay. The property owner was responsive to our questions and provided information on things to do during our visit to Sun River and Bend. Besides being on the River, there are several biking and hiking trails nearby.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this property the location was beautiful and peaceful. It had plenty of room for the 12 of us giving everyone a bit of privacy. It was open so we had plenty of sunshine. Centrally located to lots of activities if you wanted to get out and about. If swimming is your thing and your not a dive right in kind of person it was difficult to enter the water if you wanted to wade in.

The property was just as described in the website and was very private.

The view of the river was very nice as was the large fireplace. There was plenty of room and having the extra cabins provided privacy for everyone. We ran into a few small issues but Kirk was very responsive to our concerns. I would recommend this property, especially in the summer wirh it's location on the river. Even in the winter, we were warm and cozy.

Wonderful Estate for Family Reunion

The four building compound was absolutely perfect for our family reunion. Lots of private bedrooms, multiple kitchens, lovely hot tub, and a large yard for family games. The river front location is perfect and is close to trails, golf, and all Sun River has to offer. Thanks for a fantastic family experience!!

River front vacation home with games, activities, ...

We had our family reunion here last August, coming from Sherwood, OR and Kirkland, WA. Everyone enjoyed this water front vacation home. We did foosball, pool table, trampoline, kayak, canoe, hot tub, bbq. We got there on Friday, went to Crater Lake on Saturday, family reunion party and pictures on Sunday and stopped by Wildlife Safari on our way home on Monday. The bedrooms were okay. We find the kitchen a little two small. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was very relaxing sitting by the river. It was fire season so we couldn't do the fire place. That was a bumper! Overall, we had a very good time.

Beautiful home and loction

The property was great for our big family of mostly grown children and grandchildren. Everyone had there own space to sleep. We all enjoyed the pool table and had lots of exciting games on the foosball table. The proberty was great. We had a little sledding hill right there on the property and made plenty of snow ingloos and snowmen. The grocery store was nearby. There was lots of things to do. We went to the tubing hill by the village and went ice skateing in the evening. There are lots of eating places and shopping nearby. We all had a great time and the house was very comfortable. The owner got back to us promtly when we had any questions or concerns. We look forword to renting this house again in the summer. Thank you

Quiet peaceful and yet well located

We stayed here for a little R&R and some fishing and hiking. It was a beautiful house with lots of room to spread out. We had 6 people so stayed in the main house only. There was nothing we needed they did not have. The fireplace was awesome and lots of games, bikes, canoes etc for us to use if we wanted. The owner was accommodating and we would definitely recommend it to any large group or family.

Nice, quiet place -- good for our business meeting

I had a planning weekend with 9 managers from work. We needed a place that would house us all and serve as a meeting place. The property was perfect for our needs. The main house has lots of open space and natural lighting. When you wanted a break from your work buddies, you could retreat to the other cottages, play a game of foosball, or take a walk along the river. There are conveniences within a few miles like restaurants and a grocery store. There's a large table perfect for meetings. The owner made things easy. He accommodated an early arrival time; and checked if we needed anything prior to and after arrival. Our stay was off-season and the price was very reasonable, especially given the number of people that could be accommodated and the quality of the house. We hope to have future planning sessions here.

Group weekend

Excellent compound for a large group. We had 14 people and it never felt cramped. The location is beautiful, the owner was very helpful in answering questions, we would definitely rent again. Would love to go in the summer and try out the kayaks and canoes!

Golf and Scenery Paradise

If your going to be in central Oregon and need a fun family friendly house set up, this is your place. There are three places to hang your hat the main house, the apartment and what we called "Butler Cabin" (golfers you'll get it). Sitting in the Jacuzzi alongside the river after an afternoon of golf was heave. Grab your suit, towel and a cold one and relax it doesn't get any better.

Gorgeous Setting!!! WOW!!!

If you're looking for an amazing retreat for your family or friends, you've found it!! From canoeing the Deschutes or biking, playing pool or Foosball, or just hanging out watching the river run, there is something for everyone!! You'll enjoy plenty of nature here, too! We watched a family of river otters every evening play right out in front of the house. The early morning hours drew out a spectacular bald eagle flying low across the top of the river. Amazing!! Each of the homes were very comfortable and fairly well appointed. The only big surprise was that the main home did not have an oven or stove. But, hey! There was a lovely stove/oven in two of the homes and a spacious barbeque that worked beautifully! A little planning and it worked great!! This lovely compound was perfect for our Mom's 81st birthday celebration! Thank you so much for a great weekend!!

Ski Weekend

Just returned from a relaxing ski weekend with our friends and family. Photos don't do this place justice. The "compound," as we came to call it, is excellent for larger groups - the bedrooms are clean, well furnished, and plentiful. Many have their own individual bathroom. Entire property feels very private, and the 450 feet of riverfront makes for a beautiful setting. You will have no problems working with the Owner, Kirk, who is accommodating and quick in communication. Highly Recommended!

Spacious River Front Location

We had 10 golfers who get together every year for the last 20. After golf we would return to the spacious surroundings and enjoy the sun, hot tub, kayak, or fish the river. We barbecued every night and enjoyed the clear skies. The neighboring homes are far away and you feel the open environment. There was plenty of room for everyone and with the separate buildings you could retire early or get up early and bother no one. There are even 2 kitchens for you to have different meals or an early morning coffee. The owner is helpful and very accommodating.
